круто!
Pros:

отличный гостевой дом! остались только самые тёплые впечатления от проживания. хозяин дома, Азиз — невероятно гостеприимный, внимательный и доброжелательный человек🫶🏼 с первых минут чувствуешь себя как дома.
особенно хочется отметить, что Азиз помог организовать отличного гида, благодаря которому мы смогли по-настоящему познакомиться с Самаркандом. также он организовал для нас обед в местном аутентичном месте, где мы попробовали потрясающе вкусный плов — один из лучших, что нам довелось есть!
спасибо за заботу, комфорт и душевную атмосферу. обязательно вернёмся снова и будем рекомендовать это место всем знакомым!

Pros:

Очень атмосферный, аутентичный отель. Нам оказали радушный прием, добрый и отзывчивый персонал. Двор потрясающе красивый, в нем очень приятно посидеть попить чай. Все рядом, 7-15 минут до основных достопримечательностей пешком. Сам отель хочется разглядывать. Очень вкусные горячие завтраки. Мы приходили, и нам приносили горячий завтрак.

Cons:

Отличный отель, не было такого, чтобы что-то не понравилось сильно. Мы понимали, что это старый дом, и могут быть нюансы, но хозяин отеля максимально адаптировал его для современных путешественников

Гостиница классная.
А так все красиво, прикольно, интерьер на высшем уровне!
Гостиница отличная для взрослых!

Cons:

но вот в номерах холодно, обогреватель не помог. С детьми не желательно. Пришлось съехать.

Really quite poor for the money
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, and location in walking distance of many Samarkand sites. Maybe other rooms were nicer.

Cons:

We were a bit dismayed by HL. The room was not carpeted properly, and lifting around the edges revealed mould and woodlice. The shower was broken so very little water came out the head. No shower curtain. The window was covered with plastic. The room was cold even with a plug in heater on all the time. Uncomfortable beds with large gap in the middle. We had to pay with cash which meant being taken to an ATM on the way to the station.

This could be fine, but it was an expensive room and we stayed in nicer places for a lot less in Uzbekistan. I'd try Old Radio

Очень красивое и аутентичное место, старинный дом, много интересных мелочей. Прекрасный, приветливый и гостеприимный персонал, и сам хозяин отеля Азиз, очень приятный человек! Накормил вкуснейшим пловом

Cons:

Было прохладно в номере из за непогоды, но есть обогреватели.

Prestations correctes. Bon petit-déjeuner copieux.
Emplacement pas loin du Registan.

Cons:

Isolation thermique et phonique très moyennes.
Lit plutôt dur ( comme à peu près partout en Ouzbékistan).
Quasiment pas de pression dans la douche et transition eau chaude/froide assez violente

Very good and authentic atmosphere, design, details, vibe and people. Stuff was very nice and helpful, friendly and welcoming 👍

Cons:

Sometimes it was a bit loud in the courtyard in the evenings, people were talking and drinking and the room doesn’t have a good soundproofing system

Beautiful place, but some management issues
Pros:

The location was very good, and the house itself is lovely and nicely decorated, with comfortable rooms. Abundant breakfasts.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we had some difficulties with the person managing the property. The payment process was not organized, and we had to leave without being able to pay on site, later sending a bank transfer with extra fees. One evening, the manager didn’t appear to be in a proper condition to assist guests, which made us feel uncomfortable…
