Pros:

La cortesia e la competenza dello staff, davvero fantastici. La struttura è bella, ha una fantastica piscina a sfioro con vista sulla vallata, la camera era ampia, pulita e confortevole.

Cons:

Non ho lamentele di sorta. Forse l'unico difetto è la collocazione dell'hotel, un po' decentrato rispetto ai principali punti di interesse della zona.

Pros:

Very friendky staff, helpful and always going the extra mile. Rooms and view very pretty. Very good view from the pool and terrace.

Cons:

Our room didnt smwll good and rhe smell came from the bathroom. Staff tries to fix it, but it didnt help.much.

מלון יפה בלב הטבע
Pros:

מלון מקסים בלב הטבע של פו לואונג.
צוות נפלא ושירותי, גם בקבלה וגם בחדר האוכל.
לנו לצערי המלון לא התאים, בגלל שהחדרים במעלה לא מעט מדרגות, ודודתי התקשתה לטפס אותן.
שיחררו אותנו באהבה מלילה נוסף והיו יותר מ 100%.

Malgré un temps pluvieux, l'accueil est par contre lui très chaleureux, nous avons adoré ces 2 nuits à l'Eco Garden, tout s'est bien passé et le restaurant était au top

הגענו משפחה של 6 נפשות 2 הורים ו4 ילידים
התארחנו בשני חדרים קרובים לבריכה ולמסעדה
הצוות היה מדהים עזר לנו לארגן נהג משדה התעופה בהנוי , חיכה לנו עד שעה מאוחרת כדי לקבל את פנינו
ובנוסף היו יעילים מאוד בלעזור לנו לתכנן יום טיול באיזור .
החדרים היו מאוד מרווחים נקיים הנוך מדהים
ארוחת הבוקר בשפע בסביבה נעימה
ברכת אינסוף מפנקת לתוך הנוף ההררי
הכל ירוק מסביב ומאוד מטופח
באמת לשא היה חסר דבר היינו רק שתי לילות וזה לא הספיק

It was located in a very nice place and the staff is so kind and friendly. The food was also very good!

When it rains there's less to do, so we had 1 bad day. We would only recommend 2nights max.

Un resort súper bonito, con una piscina de ensueño. Está muy bien integrado con la naturaleza de su alrededor. Su personal muy amable y servicial. Falla un poco la habitación, que olía a humedad y le hacía falta una mano de pintura. X lo demás todo muy bien, era grande y tenía de todo. Cenamos en su restaurante y todo estaba muy bueno.

Pros:

It is difficult to put into words the experience we had at Eco Garden Hotel in Pu Luong. It is a magical little corner nestled on the mountainside, overlooking the breathtaking mountains and valleys of Pu Luong.

We were given an upgraded room with an incredible view of an endless green landscape, almost impossible to describe in its beauty. The hotel is managed in an exceptionally professional, warm and welcoming manner, with a genuinely positive atmosphere, friendly smiles and wonderful communication throughout.

The hotel facilities are beautifully maintained and spotless, and the swimming pool is simply magical. Our room was spacious, comfortable and incredibly romantic. The bathroom featured both a bathtub and a luxurious rain shower, and it felt as though every design element had been carefully created to blend seamlessly with the endless nature surrounding the room.

The entire property is immersed in lush vegetation, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. The spa is staffed by highly professional therapists, and throughout our entire stay, the team was attentive, kind and genuinely pleasant.

Do not miss this place — and if you can, try to get room Camilla 4.

Cadre idyllique et accueil hors du commun
Pros:

Quel beau séjour dans cet établissement ! L'accueil de l'équipe a été merveilleux, avec même un français parfait de Mme Phong. L'endroit est magnifique, la piscine extraordinaire. Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont top. Et les conseils donnés sont très précis (ballades, visites, ...).
