Pros:

Excellent accueil et staff très attentif. Décoration simple et propre. Très très bon restaurant : un groupe d'australiens était présent et était un peu bruyant mais cela participait aussi à créer une ambiance chaleureuse finalement.

Cons:

Les draps sont en synthétique ce qui n'est pas très agréable. Attention cet hotel est sur la crête de la montagne, ce qui donne une vue excepionnelle mais fait aussi que l'on se trouve en réalité à 30 mins de la réserve de Pu Luong en tant que telle (mais c'est le cas des principaux hôtels de ce site).

Pros:

Location was stunning. Remote, and beautiful. The facilities were nice, well kept, and very clean. The food excellent and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Exactly what we were looking for!

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful in a stunning area with a nice garden setting and pool. We were lucky to see some beautiful views before the clouds and fog rolled in.
The room was large, comfortable and nicer compared to the pictures, a bit moist due to the weather, but it has a good airco/heating system in place.
The staff is very service-oriented and pays personal attention to each guest, the manager comes by for a chat during the mealtimes.
At the restaurant, for vegetarians, we particularly enjoyed the grilled tofu and grilled eggplant and the spring rolls, as well as the herbal tea. Breakfast options are limited when there is a small number of guests, but it was tasty.
We took part in one excursion that includes an easy village walk and a short bamboo raft (3h for 45 dollar per person). This tour although pricy was enjoyable and relaxing and led by a good guide with whom we had an interesting conversation.
Transfers to and from the hotel were well-organized, and our room was ready for us before check in time when we arrived with the transfer.

Lækkert hotel i skyerne, hvis man gerne vil væk fra beaten track.
Personalet er virkelig søde og hjælpsomme med stort og småt, de fortjener al ros.
Ms Puchong i receptionen er en sand engel.

Sehr schöne Anlage und schöne Zimmer. Super Blick über das Tal. Abendessen war sehr gut!

Cons:

Das Bad hätte sauberer sein können und durch die hohe Feuchtigkeit wird das Holz und die Möbel auf der Terrasse schnell morsch und sieht etwas renovierungsbedürftig aus. Aber es war trotzdem sehr schön!

Really great stay. Wonderful picturesque base from which to explore the area
Pros:

Really nice boutique hotel. Picturesque. Run by a lovely young couple. Sat with the owner who roasted sweet potatoes and spoke about life in Vietnam. Very authentic. Rooms are comfortable and the food is tasty. Really exciting to see this young couple turn their dream project into reality.

A hidden gem, exceptional in every sense
Pros:

This hotel is truly exceptional in every sense. It’s in a beautiful, peaceful location, with gorgeous views. The rooms are really nicely designed and well equipped, and surrounded by nature. The staff is so friendly it feels like staying with family. We really appreciated all the help and kindness from Ms Phuong, and Mr Nhat, as well as the manager. We ate in the hotel restaurant several times and the food was delicious, so were the cocktails, and the waiting staff very nice. We got several great massages at the hotel spa. We went for a hike to the Bat cave which was spectacular, and we did a guided tour with Mr Dinh to see the big water wheels and visit a local family which was super interesting. Our transfer from Hanoi and onwards to Ninh Binh was organised by My Phuong and was very smooth. Overall our stay at this hotel was definitely a highlight of our travels in Vietnam and we hope we come back here. I would recommend it to anyone!

Todo fue excelente. Está situado en el alto de la montaña y suele haber mucha niebla. Las vistas del hotel son increíbles pero la mayor parte del tiempo había niebla muy densa.

Pros:

Das Servicepersonal, der Hotel Direktor und Rezeption waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die über die Rezeption gebuchten Ausflüge waren perfekt organisiert und sehr interessant. Der ebenfalls über das Hotel organisierte Transfer vom Hotel in Hanoi und zurück idt reibungslos verlaufen.

Cons:

Das Aussenwasserbecken bei Camilla 1 war leider Außer Betrieb.

Wonderful view and a beautifully equipped hotel
Pros:

Perfect location with a great view of the terraces (when there is no fog), a cozy and comfortable room, a nice restaurant and a charming staff who try very hard in everything.

Cons:

I would like to point out the massage as a negative because it was done at the hotel spa. I had an hour-long massage for twice the price of anywhere else. The massage was weak. The therapist answered the phone while she was working and left during the treatment to receive other clients. She apologized endlessly, but it didn't help improve the poor treatment and the unpleasantness.

Fijne accommodatie voor een relaxt verblijf.
Pros:

Het is een heel sfeervol ingerichte accommodatie. Het ontbijt en diner is er heerlijk!

Cons:

We hebben een middag excursie gedaan met een gids: naar rijstvelden en een tochtje op een bamboe bootje. Het was leuk, de gids sprak goed Engels. Echter dit kost 45 USD per persoon. Vergeleken met andere activiteiten hier vind ik dit extreem duur, voor wat je krijgt.
