We voelden ons thuis in dit gezellige familiehotel.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was goed. Soms had er iets meer variatie mogen zijn: bijvoorbeeld scrambled eggs of noten voor in de yoghurt. De avondmaaltijden waren goed verzorgd en lekker!
De kamer was gezellig en het bed sliep heerlijk. Het hele hotel zag er sfeervol uit. Mooie architectuur! De locatie was zeer praktisch: meteen naast de skiliften en verhuurbedrijven van ski's e.d. Bovendien op loopafstand van het gezellige stadje.
Het personeel was zeer aardig en meedenkend. Ze gaven ons tips voor activiteiten e.d. Bovendien spraken ze ook Engels.

Cons:

Tijdens het eten was het personeel heel druk in de weer met het bedienen en afhalen. Wij zaten dichtbij de keuken en vonden dat best onrustig. Ook voor de bediening van het restaurantgedeelte, waar gasten a la carte konden eten, moest het personeel door de eetzaal. Jammer voor de vaste gasten die daar rustig wilden eten.
Zodra je je bord leeg had werd het al weer opgehaald. We vonden dit niet relaxed.

We hadden een kamer met een mooi boek balkon en uitzicht op de bergen. Het eten was heerlijk. Het personeel heel attent en oprecht vriendelijk. Lekkere bedden.

Propreté, chaleur, emplacement près des télécabines, le parking juste en face.
