Excellent Value Hotel in central Almaty
Pros:

This is a small simple hotel at a great location in Almaty. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with all necessary amenities provided. Staff were polite and helpful. Excellent value for its location and comfort. There are stairs / no elevator to the rooms - just fyi for those with mobility issues.

Cons:

The AC was loud. But worked well.

Не хватило еще одного стула для 2х местного размещения. В ванной комнате раковина маленькая(не хватило полочек)

А еще под телевизором "красныей мегающий глаз"

Pros:

The room was clean, quiet and the bed very comfortable.

Cons:

Communication during breakfast wasn't always smooth. There were long waits and mix ups between rooms being serviced.

الموقع ممتاز قريب من كثير خدمات وتحته مخبز وبقاله ، الريسبشن تتكلم انجليزي فسهل التواصل وخدومة جدا، لايوجد اصنصير ولكن ساعدنا الموظف لاخذ الشناط .

Я бы не рекомендовала данный отель. В отеле очень много проблем, которые пытаются решать сотрудники, но не всегда операт
Pros:

Расположение хорошее, близко от центра

Cons:

Проблемы с электрикой, запах из слива в душевой, плохая звукоизоляция комнат, низкое качество уборки, изношенные банные полотенца и халаты.
