Great location, room is clean, stuffs are friendly!

Cons:

There was an issue with my late checkout request when the reception lady forgot to choose this option and later on the stuff asked me to leave the room at 16.30 instead of 18.00 as what I have been informed previously. However, they managed to sort it out. So I was happy at the end.

There is no elevator so someone with huge bags would struggle to carry them on to the third floor.

Pros:

La camera, la pulizia, il bagno pulito e super funzionale con tutti gli accessori, il personale sempre gentile e sorridente.
La posizione perfetta vicino alla maggior parte dei luoghi di interesse del centro

Cons:

La colazione, servita in un bel bar accessibile direttamente dalla reception dell'hotel, offre 3 menù prestabiliti di cui 2 salati e 1 dolce.
Rispetto a quest'ultimo, non sono in grado di sostituire o variare uno degli elementi del menù (banalmente non bevo latte ed ho chiesto di sostituire il porridge con qualsiasi cosa). Inoltre la pastry inserita nel menù ci è sempre sembrata vecchia almeno del giorno prima.
Peccato perchè il bar ha un bell'assortimento.
