Pros:

Good location and walking distance to restaurants and town centre. Friendly and helpful front desk staff, Good sized room with comfortable bed.

Cons:

Better pillows and bathroom drain had a bad smell can do with some deep clean and bleach!

The room is clean and new. Also, location is quite nice and around walking distance only to some attractions in the city. Complimentary breakfast is also delicious.

Cons:

Water heater seems to be slow on heating the water sometimes.

Pros:

Все в шаговой доступности Арбат, парк 28 панфиловцов, станция метро, зелёный базар. Прямо в центре города расположен. Всем рекомендую. В следующий раз когда будем в Алматы только сдесь будем останавливаться
