The location was quite good.
It wasn’t really clean. We saw bottle cup under our bed when we checked in. The safe didn’t work, when we asked for a help one men came around, tried to do something and then didn’t come back. Also we had problem with the AC, the remote control didn’t work so it was cold in our room.
Overall after seeing the reviews on booking we were expecting something better.
We liked everything. Friendly staff, clean and big room, comfortable bed. Big breakfast and good location:)
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff were very kind, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the location was excellent.
My only suggestion would be to clean the toilet at least once every three days, as it starts to develop an unpleasant smell if it remains unwashed for seven consecutive days.
We also had a disappointing experience with one of the bakery staff members. We requested well-done eggs, but she refused. We thought it might be a language barrier, so we translated our request into Kazakh. Even after reading the translation, she still served the eggs half-cooked. We were not asking for anything extra or outside the menu—just well-done eggs.
Apart from these two points, everything else was excellent. We truly enjoyed the comfort, cleanliness, and location of the hotel, and we appreciate the kindness and hospitality of the hotel staff.
Location was good
No elevator for large luggage. There is someone available to take your luggage up for you though.
