Удобное месторасположение, вежливый персонал, номер неплохой, было чисто, кровать удобная. Завтрак подают в кафе внизу по талонам. На выбор 3 варианта завтрака.

Cons:

Чемоданы нужно нести по лестнице. В душе долго ждать, когда вода нагреется. Звукоизоляция плохая.

Отель 10/10 персонал очень внимательный, очень чисто и приятно

Cons:

Завтраки, но в целом мы и так бы завтракали вне отеля, рядом столько вкусных мест что завтракать в отеле было не интересно

This is an excellent hotel nestled in a practical location. Friendly, helpful and forthcoming staff willing to assist you at any point of time, topped by delicious and nutritious breakfast.

Cons:

One thing shocked me, though: I kept three little bottles of important medicine drops on my bedside table. One night, having returned from a day trip, I discovered a cleaner had removed two of them - thinking they had been empty although they had not been. The receptionist called an assistant who could retrieve them from a trash bin but still, this horrible experience almost robbed me of my vital medication needed for my health. I hope the cleaning staff refrain from tampering with their guests’ private items they have no knowledge of in the future.

Проживали в отеле 3 суток. Отель небольшой, но очень уютный. Находится рядом с местным Арбатом. В шаговой доступности много магазинов и кафе.
Сотрудники отеля очень приветливые и отзывчивые. Заселили раньше времени. Все пожелания выполнялись молниеносно.
Завтраки включены в стоимость проживания, проходят в прилегающем кафе-пекарне. На выбор 3 вида завтраков.
Отель 100% рекомендую.
