Worst money spent. Ever!!! I have stayed at bad hotels. And I have stayed at Tu Casa Linda. The list is too long. Simply, STAY AWAY. We booked and paid in full for 3 days and had to check out immediately. And Expedia offered to give us only a lousy $31 in credit. It's not even about the money. We trusted Expedia. They dropped the bomb on us on this one. Done here...

Sezon dışı gelmemize rağmen her şey oldukça güzeldi. Fiyat/performans olarak kaliteli bir otel. İşleten Seyhan Hanım'ın ilgisi için teşekkür ederiz. Oda gayet yeterli büyüklükte idi, ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı ve oldukça temizdi. Kahvaltı ise bence yeterli idi. İkramlar için de teşekkür ederiz. Otel tam kaleiçi'nde her şey ayağınızın altında.

We had welcome drink on our room but we didn’t get any drink. eventually we tried to cancel our last night staying there but they didn’t give us refund. The breakfast and location was good though.

Kesinlikle temiz değildi. Banyoda duvarlarda kıllar saçlar vardı. Çöpleri almaya girdiklerinde banyonun çöpünü bırakmışlar olduğu gibi. Odalar zaten çok küçük ama verilen paraya göre en azından temiz bir oda görmek isterdik.

Beware! Disappointing Experience – False Listing Claims and Pathetic Service
Pros:

The hotel's central location in the old city and its charming garden cafe, where breakfast is served, were the only redeeming qualities of our stay.

The breakfast, served by a sweet but elderly lady, was basic and underwhelming. Greasy eggs were available only upon request, and the language barrier made it impossible to communicate any preferences. Worst breakfast in Turkey.

Cons:

Tu Casa Linda is not a hotel but more of an overpriced inn with sub-par maintenance, poor housekeeping, and a generally unkempt ambiance. The listing is full of misleading claims and it lacks the basic services and hospitality that guests expect. Our experience here was the worst of our trip to Turkey, and I urge future guests to think before booking. I have attached photos and videos.

I stayed here with my parents (senior citizens), and I must express my utter disappointment with the overall experience.

Arrival and Check-In: Upon our late arrival at the hotel, we were surprised to find that the entrance road was closed for pedestrian traffic, forcing us to roll our luggage over 150 meters up a steep cobblestone path. To make matters worse, the check-in experience was far from welcoming. The sole staff member at the front desk rudely instructed the elderly members to close the main door because the air conditioning was on, instead of offering them a seat or a glass of water.

Room Conditions: The view from the ground floor room was not the "garden view" or "city view" as claimed, but rather a view of what appeared to be a storage area. This is a clear case of fraud, and I have uploaded a picture. Our second room on the first floor was no better. Our second room on the first floor was no better. It was unbearably hot upon check-in because the hotel had not bothered to turn on the air conditioning.The wooden floor was chipped at the edges, creating a safety haz ard, and the room light was flickering, adding to the discomfort.

Service: The absence of any offer to assist with luggage, across the lobby or up the dimly lit, winding staircase (there is no elevator), underscored the hotel's service quality. The next day, after being away for six hours, we returned to find our room untouched: no trash removal, no bed made, no towels changed.

beliggenheten til hotellet er perfekt. Hotellhagen, hvor frokosten serveres, er så hyggelig og vakker. Frokostvertinnen Hayriye er så snill og lager en så deilig frokost, tusen takk!! Den største ulempen er hotellrommene, som er for små. Hotellrommene blir ikke vasket, kanskje en gang ☹️

Pros:

Great location. Excellent breakfast and friendly hosts. Unfortunately some restaurant bar next door had pretty loud music until 1am. Because it’s in old town you cannot park close to hotel. But taxis can bring you there. Also they let us drop off our luggage.

Pros:

Friendly,family run hotel in the centre of Kaleici. The staff are exceptional, nothing is a bother, always greeted with a smile. Lovely Turkish breakfast in the morning. Friends bar is attached so can be a little noisy but only until about 11.30pm which didn't bother us as we were out and about most nights. It's just far enough away from the thumping club district that you can't hear the music.
Rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable.
Highly recommend this small boutique hotel if you need a base to explore the area. We had a lovely week, we will be back ☺️

I LOVED MY WEEK STAY IN TU CASAL LINDA-
Small European like, very comfortable room, clean bath, great staff, personalized delightful breakfast, in the middle of the magical old town Kaleici.
I would come here again in a heart beat. I loved everything.
So near to the breath taking port & the turquoise Mediteranian sea water.
