Pros:

Hotel je v super lokalite, priamo v centre mesta v pešej zóne. Už pri vstupe pôsobí veľmi luxusne. Izba bola síce veľmi maličká, kufor sme museli nechať vo vstupnej chodbe, no na jednu-dve noci to stačí. Kúpeľňa bola priestranná a vybavená. Asi 700m od hotela sa nachádza parkovací dom.

Cons:

Strašný hluk. Celú noc sme nespali, keďže sa z ulice ozýval ruch okoloidúcich do piatej rána. Cítili sme sa tam tak, akoby sme ani nemali okná a počuli sme každého, kto šiel okolo. Navyše tam počujete úplne všetko z vedľajších izieb.

Armadio assolutamente insufficiente per 3 persone. Non è stato un problema per noi perché siamo rimaste una sola notte, ma con un soggiorno più lungo può essere poco pratico

Stupenda.
Pros:

Pulizia, arredo, staff, e soprattutto la colazione eccellente e l'attenzione della signorina Stefany (Stefania) ci siamo sentite coccolarti. Produtti freschi buonissimo.

Cons:

Se devo cercare qualcosa di negativo faceva un po troppo caldo nella stanza, consiglio di aggiungere uno o due cuscini in più. Il letto e una cosa personale per me mi piace un po più morbido pero per la mia amica era perfetto. Cose di gusto.

Tutto sommato ci tornerei sperando che nel frattempo facciano le manutenzioni alla SPA.

Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Colazione ottima.

Cons:

La SPA bisogna prenotarla prima in quanto è ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti per 90 minuti.
La porta della sauna non si chiudeva bene e l'acqua della vasca idromassaggio era caldissima da non poterci entrare (la rubinetterie sembrava guasta) ho dovuto raffredarla grazie ad una doccetta esterna che buttava solo acqua fredda in quantità contenuta pertanto perdi un sacco di tempo.
Direi che manca sicuramente di manutenzione. Per il resto accappatoi, asciugamani, ciabattine e tisana OK.
Il parcheggio NON è nella struttura (che è in zona a traffico limitato), è poco lontano, ma ha un'altra gestione pertanto chi prenota ha diritto solo ad uno sconto. Da tenere presente nella scelta della struttura. Io ho parcheggiato nel parcheggio pubblico a € 9 al giorno.
