La posizione è centralissima e strategica per visitare tutto a piedi. Il fascino del palazzo storico e l’eleganza del salone per la colazione sono un plus! Acqua nel mini bar, fornita giornalmente, é gratuita, oltre al kit caffè/tisana. Possibilità di trattamenti nella spa interna. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Permesso temporaneo di accesso alla zona pedonale per la gestione delle valigie
Non c’è il posto per aprire la seconda valigia. Bagno senza finestra. Kit di asciugamani alla francese.

Μου άρεσε που ήταν καθαρό, ομορφα και λιτα διακοσμημενο, οτι παρειχαν σαπουνια και ειδη μπανιου, οτι ειχαν και μια μικρή καφετερια στο δωματιο, όπως επίσης και οτι ειχαν και δυο μπουκαλακια νερο στο μινιμπαρ δωρεαν. Ωραια τοποθεσία, ευγενεστατοι, το πρωινό πλουσιοτατο και σίγουρα αν θα ξαναεπιστρεψω στην Βιτσεντζα θα το επιλεξω πάλι, το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα

…eigentlich gutes Hotel in historischer Stadtlage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Während unseres Aufenthaltes ist eine verwahrloste Person ins Hotel eingedrungen und hat mehrfach versucht in unser Hotelzimmer einzudringen. Erst nachdem wir an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben haben, hat man reagiert und die Polizei gerufen. Unsere Tochter war komplett verängstigt. Von einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse sollte man mehr Sicherheit für die Gäste ausgehen. Der Vorfall hat unseren Aufenthalt stark eingetrübt.
Hotel molto confortevole, pulitissimo e con uno staff estremamente gentile e disponibile. Ho apprezzato particolarmente il comodo servizio di deposito bagagli, utilizzabile anche dopo il check-out, che rende il soggiorno ancora più pratico e piacevole. Consigliato!

I do not recommend this hotel. It has been one of my worst experiences and it has led me to file an official complaint with Booking for the first time in years, which has resulted in a small reparation on the side of Booking itself. I appreciate it and believe this shows the seriousness of the matter.
With my partner we arrived on Friday 3rd July and we were given a card that was supposed to let us back in late in the evening after the reception was closed. When we went back, the card did not work. There were three numbers to call in case of need: one was inexistent, the second line was closed and the third was an emergency number. Before resorting to the emergency number we even asked a local person to try with their phone, to be sure the problem wasn’t international number. I am Italian but live abroad so I also considered the problem may be ours. The Italian resident couldn’t reach them either. In the end, we had to call the emergency number and that is when things got absolutely messed up.
While calling, a person walked out of the hotel and we managed to get in. The person on the emergency number answered and I explained the situation, flagging the issue (the card and the two numbers were still not working). The answer was “but, you are inside no? “. I explained that it wasn’t the point because we actually wanted to be able to go out for a smoke and not get locked out of the hotel again. At the point the guy said “well go out and just call me back and I will let you in” without an acknowledgement or apology or explanation of how he would let us in since he wasn’t physically present. I asked him and the response was absolutely rude, sexist and condescending “ah, this one wants to test me” (“ah questa qui mi vuole testare”). I was shocked because the condescending and sexist tones were absolutely out of the blue.
Breakfast Room was very good, the location is perfect walking distance to everything, simple, functional and quite decent!
the elevator is really slow, and there is 0 flexibility on check in time.
