My pod felt safe, clean and private. I was able to park my car nearby. Staff were friendly and I had all I needed.

a great experience with a very tasty meal at the Plough in around the corner.
Pros:

The Pod Inn was an Unique experience for us. For the younger traveller it would be ideal. For my partner and I who are very mature aged people. We found the confines of the pod a little restricting. A younger young lady stating at the Inn showed us how to operate the lights in the pod. There were no instructions on how to do that. We could sit up in the pod but to get out was another problem to handle, we either had to crawl out or sit and shuffle out the door.
For 2 80+ year olds it was a learning curve. Fine for young or fit people which didn't cover us oldies. It was an experience to talk about. quite a giggle really.

Cons:

no instructions on how to turn on the lights in the pod. But when reflecting it was the same card in the slot that is now used in lots of hotels for lights in the rooms.

Pros:

The price for the stay and the pod you get for it

Cons:

The fact that they cancel your booking due to complaints but not give you a warning or a chance to rectify the complaints before just cancelling and then saying why. As a person in a hard situation yet they don't even give any warnings before just refunding and cancelling your booking 15 mins before you are ment to check in

It’s worth a try if you haven’t tried this new type of living space. I love the privacy, the space is reasonably designed for one person, the mattress and the linen look pretty new and clean which is all I need. Reception offered me free parking across the road, and big thank you to Hollie! She offered me help without hesitation after knowing my car battery died. Great place to stay surrounded by great people.
Btw the Japanese restaurant at the entry is always packed with people, will be a good place to have your meal after arrival.

Fine but could use some sound design
Pros:

It gets the job done well enough, it's pretty much what you would expect from a capsule hotel. I liked that one card worked for everything, that is something new and good for sure. The card they gave me opened the front door, my capsule and my locker too. This plus the modern looking capsules left a good first impression on me. There is a kitchen and fridge as required, and toilets are fine. The location is in the center of town, pretty much as good as it gets.

Cons:

Perhaps noise should be expected from a capsule hotel, but still, some things are just strange. First, the capsule is made of hardened plastic so it will make noise when the door is opened, also has no ability to block snoring/coughing from other capsules. The locker also makes noise when opened. As for the door to enter the capsule area, they pasted a sticker asking us to close the doors gently... but the simple act of opening the door creates a thunderous noise because the handle on one side is fixed and cannot be turned. The capsules are cold in winter, and the capsule area's windows are left open as well. Not much can be done about it, I guess. If you're fine with the noise and cold, then it's a good accommodation option that will be light on your budget.

除了廁所問題外住起來非常舒適，公共空間也很乾淨寬敞明亮，廚房雖然不能煮東西，但微波爐、烤吐司機、氣炸鍋一應具全，餐具多元也很乾淨，整體來說是非常舒適的住宿體驗！
Pros:

個人艙非常有隱私，床、枕頭、棉被也都很舒服，雖然隔音不好但普遍房客都很有公德心，所以整體來說睡的非常舒適～

Cons:

廁所數量不多，又和隔壁餐廳共用，有幾天遇到非常可怕的炸馬桶，晚上洗澡時會有隔壁餐廳的人進來上廁所，感覺有點奇怪。
