The location is awesome! The shower rooms were cool and so were the kitchen facilities.

Cons:

There was strange drippy bits on the outside of the pods and the mattress squeaked. Neither really made it terrible because it was a great price!

This accomodation is central, budget friendly, well equipped + clean & comfy/private bed spaces.
Pros:

Stayed 1 night before and 2 nights after finishing the Overland Track. Quiet place, due to only a few people there and being shoulder season.
The pods are super private and roomy. Full bedding and towel provided.
Washing machine and dryer was $5 each.
Well equipped kitchen..(no stove) but microwave, air fryer, kettle, fridges. Woolworths, mall and loads of small eateries within 5-8 min walk. Cataract George 10-15 min walk from the Pod Inn.
I had a small suitcase stored for $5 p/night while hiking the OVL🥾. Both OVL bus companies will pickup & drop you off at the Pod Inn.
Taxi/Uber is ~ $44 from the Airport …..there is NO public bus from/to Launceston airport! However, public buses are free in Tasmania 😉

Didn’t realise that it was share accommodation unfortunately I didn’t click on the terminology of pod meaning my own little capsule sleeping arrangement.
Even though I booked for two people very very tight
