Everything was top-notch—truly an exceptional experience. The housekeeping team was amazing, and the staff at the main gate were equally warm and welcoming. Every single team member we encountered was highly trained, skilled, and genuinely kind-hearted. Their helpfulness and professionalism made all the difference. A huge thank you to the entire staff for making my stay so memorable!

Loved the staff—everyone was kind, trained, and super helpful. Just one constructive critique: the laundry bag charge caught me off guard. At this caliber of hotel, I believe that should be included. It's a small thing, but it matters to guests. Hope this feedback helps!

Un personnel dynamique et serviable si besoin. Chambre de passage.

Cons:

Emplacement proche de la rue mais c’est surtout un voisin un peu bruyant malgré que l’on soit au Vietnam. Karaoke et musique à 6 heures du matin 😅

Frühstück gibt es eine große Auswahl, Menge dann jedoch sehr überschaubar. Mücken durch die Lage und in der Früh wurde sehr lautes Schieben von Stühlen etc. bis ins Zimmer hörbar

View sông rất đẹp, tối lên đèn lung linh. Bữa sáng được chọn 2 món chính + đồ uống và tráng miệng. Tuy k phải buffet sáng nhưng rất ấn tượng. Đồ ăn vừa miệng, ăn rất no. Các bạn nhân viên và cả chú lớn tuổi đều rất thân thiện.

Charmantes Hotel, ruhige Oase am Fluss
Pros:

Wunderschönes ruhiges Hotel, etwas abseits am Fluss gelegen. Das leckere Frühstück kann man draußen direkt am Fluss genießen unter viel Grün. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, unsere Wäsche wurde rasch und sauber gewaschen.
Insgesamt: sehr charmant, jederzeit wieder.

Cons:

Zum Laufen etwas zu weit von der Zitadelle, für uns aber kein Problem, da ja günstige Transportmöglichckeiten bestehen.
