Great place to stay in Hue!
Pros:

We loved the people working at La Paix, a warm welcome with a smile even at 10pm! The next morning the host explained the sights to us, arranged for a private boat to take us to the pagoda and the citadel and then a private car to Tu Duc’s tomb. The beds are the best we experienced in Viet Nam so far, everything was very clean and well organized in the room. We warmly recommend La Paix and would definitely go back there!

Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichlich und die Auswahl war gut. Das Zimmer war groß und ausreichend für unseren Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Irgendwie sind wir mit den Gastleuten nicht richtig warm geworden. War etwas schade

Pros:

The surrounding was peaceful and tranquil. Decor was nice. Good breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. The staff were wonderful. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and a comfortable stay overlooking the Perfume River.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in Hue! The beds were incredibly comfy, making it easy to relax after a long day of travelling. Mornings started perfectly with an excellent breakfast, full of fresh, delicious options.
One of the highlights was the beautiful garden terrace overlooking the Perfume River — a peaceful, scenic spot to unwind and soak in the surroundings. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. They even kindly stored our luggage after check-out so we could continue exploring without worry, and helped us with travel arrangements to An Bang.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, calm, and warm hospitality in Hue!

A cute place
Pros:

We liked the breakfast and being by the river. The team were very welcoming when we got there. One of the team also organised a lovely boat trip for us.

Cons:

The room had an issue with mould and paint peeling off the walls. We also had an issue with one of the team organising a tour but not passing our details on so we couldn't organise the pick up from the destination to the hotel

Pros:

Nice staff, comfy beds. Price.

Cons:

Firstly offered a damp room beside the kitchen(paint pealing off the walls from damp) then after refusing we were given a room on the floor above. The cleaner is good but the maintaince needs addressing. While I appreciate the good value, it was in much better condition during my last stay. The rooms are cleanied well daily, but walls are
scuffed and of missing skirting/cracked tiles etc show that maintenance is clearky lacking, it was a lovely place, but its gone downhill in the interior. A lot of mould around. Maybe a night or two is okay- but my family agreed we wouldn't go back. Definitely don't stay in the ground floor (or the floor above) near the kitchen if you don't like waking up at 5am to the sounds of clattering pans and loud voices. Nice people, but something has gone amiss.
