Stilvolles Boutique-Hotel in Toplage mit freundlichem Personal, kleinen Schwächen im Service
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Maxime Boutique Hotel Avenida da Liberdade in Lissabon war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Das Hotel überzeugt vor allem durch sein außergewöhnliches Burlesque-Design, das für eine besondere Atmosphäre sorgt und sich stilvoll durch das gesamte Haus zieht. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sauber, könnten jedoch an einigen Stellen etwas geräumiger sein.

Die Lage an der Avenida da Liberdade ist ein großer Pluspunkt – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie Restaurants und Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend.

Insgesamt ein schönes Boutique-Hotel mit viel Charme und guter Lage, das mit ein paar kleinen Verbesserungen problemlos die volle Punktzahl erreichen könnte.

Wir würden es weiterempfehlen und wieder in Betracht ziehen.

Cons:

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir hätten uns aber manchmal etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit oder schnelleren Service gewünscht. Vor allem als die Batterien des Safes leer waren und dieser sich über den Code nicht mehr öffnen ließ, hat es ziemlich lange gedauert, bis jemand mit einem Schlüssel kam, um den Safe zu öffnen. Auch der Austausch der Batterien hat sich verzögert – wir mussten das Personal nochmals daran erinnern, da beim Öffnen zunächst keine passenden Batterien verfügbar waren.
