Cet hôtel est très bien situés sur la plus belle avenue de Lisbonne
Pros:

Il y’avait trop de choix au petit déjeuner sucré salée légumes et fruits yaourt même diététique.

J’ai eu droit à une belle surprise pour mon anniversaire 🎁 un plateau de fruits et une belle bouteille de champagne 🍾. C’était vraiment très adorable de la part de l’établissement qui n’a que eu l’info la veille merciiiii infiniment grâce à vous jai passé un Belle anniversaire 🥳 06/02/26

Pas de chaussons ds la salle de bain et manque de rangement dans la chambre
Mais ds l’ensemble grande chambre belle douche à l’italienne complète. Personnels agréable merciiiii l’équipe

L'emplacement de l'hôtel proche du centre historique, l'amabilité du personnel surtout du mr qui est venu nous remettre la télé, l'ambiance cosy cabaret
Le petit déjeuner copieux
très bon séjour dans cet hôtel

Cons:

les oreillers étaient trop souples pour nous
manque de support pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bains qui en revanche était propre et récente

Pros:

Breakfast was really good! Beds comfortable and metro was really close. Saturday show was great!

Ubicación, personal ,desayuno ,diseño de la habitación.

Cons:

Algo de ruido a primera hora de la noche,una vez te duermes no hay problema ,está limpio pero podría estar mejor,pasan los años y se nota algo en mobiliario.Sugiero una nevera en habitación para dejar agua u otras bebidas ,la luz de emergencia molesta mucho para personas que necesitamos oscuridad para dormir .

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff's attitude leaves a lot to be desired.
Pros:

We had a nice room and the bed was comfortable, it was all clean.
The buffet breakfast was ok, not amazing but not terrible.

Cons:

When we arrived tired from a long drive at about 9.30 at night we asked to reserve a table in the restaurant which the website says is open till 23.00 on a Thursday. Their reply was, it's closing. We said we'd be 10 minutes to drop our bags but no. so we had to go out and find a restaurant.
Another night we came back around 10.30 to be told the bar was closed.
We all got the impression the staff just couldn't be bothered. Wouldn't stay again.

Baño muy incomodo
Pros:

Me gustó la cama era muy cómoda, el desayuno muy bueno y el personal amable y la limpieza

El cuarto de baño era muy incómodo .No había donde poner mis cosas .Lavabo pésimo. NO ME GUSTÓ .Muy incomodo
