Pros:

Fantastiskt att även drinkar ingår i all-inclusive och inte bara vin, fantastisk utsikt, miljö och personal. Vi kommer absolut att åka hit på fler bilsemestrar. Fast då stannar vi lite längre än två nätter.

Heerlijke vakantiebestemming in de buurt van Lucca!
Pros:

Prachtige ligging, heerlijk rustig zwembad en goede service met vriendelijk personeel! Mooie kamers met airco. Op fietsafstand van Lucca, die te huur waren bij het hotel.

Cons:

Ontbijt was prima, niet geweldig.

Un po’ vorrei ma non posso…
Pros:

Piscina, silenzio, noleggio Vespe comodissime per raggiungere il centro e fare qualche breve gita.

Cons:

Di base la struttura è una vecchia villa che ha grandi potenzialità ma rimane un po’ datata e un po’ trascurata. Da un 4 stelle ci si aspetta più cura, anche dal personale che invece sembra un po’ improvvisato. Nel complesso bene ma non ci tornerei.

Nice hotel, with a lovely grassy pool area for relaxing. Food is particularly good. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel
Pros:

Historic building, clean and comfortable hotel.
Food was excellent with some friendly staff, particularly Eduardo, who was particularly helpful and friendly.

Cons:

We arrived around 10am because of an early flight and the welcome wasn’t particularly friendly.
We knew we would have to wait for our rooms to be ready, but the man on reception wasn’t helpful when we asked for pool towels or where we could change into swimming costumes.
There are no tea/coffee making facilities, but I think this may be quite common in Italy, however not what we’re used to.
