Der Garten und der Pool sind ansprechend. Im Restaurant sitzt man gut und zwei der Kellner waren sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war direkt an einem Fahrstuhl und der Küche, sodass wir von der Ruhe und des Friedens, für das das Hotel wirbt, leider nicht viel mitbekommen haben. Bei Entdecken eines Schimmelverdächtigen Flecks an der Wand kontaktierten wir die Rezeption. Die Angestellte bot an, diesen Fleck mit einem Schwamm und mit Bleiche zu entfernen. Ein alternatives Zimmer konnte sie uns nicht anbieten, sondern nur, in einem anderen Hotel anzufragen. Ein Entgegenkommen seitens des Hotels blieb leider aus.

Pros:

Struttura carina e accogliente, a due passi da Lucca e a 20 minuti in macchina da Pisa. Il personale si è dimostrato gentile.

Perfect place to relax with the Tuscan vibe!
Pros:

Perfect accommodation for when in Lucca (or even making it your home for a Tuscany roadtrip). A lot of parking spaces and easy access to the city centre. The villa itself is beautiful, you feel like you’re in a Tuscan movie. The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is plentiful and we even had dinner and it was also excellent. The pool area is nice and clean, perfect to relax after sightseeing.
The staff is super nice, helpful and easy to talk to. We really enjoyed our stay here and will come back!

La piscina è stupenda! Mi è piaciuta molto anche la camera, è stata rinnovata di recente e adoro lo stile più moderno che hanno scelto. Ottimo il ristorante e anche la colazione.
