Great location and great service.
Pros:

The room was great. The staff was amazing and treated us well. And they were especially helpful when trying to sort out our transportation.

It was a pleasant and beautiful location. Staying 1 night at pistachio Hotel is simply not enough. Would have loved to stay for longer. The facilities and breakfast is exceptional.

Pistachio Hotel was one of our best travel accommodation experiences ever.
Pros:

Our Executive Suite got upgraded to the Presidential Suite for free, also another room in our group got upgraded from Deluxe to Premium Deluxe. Additionally, the breakfast buffet choices were one of our best dining experiences from the entire Sapa trip.

Cons:

The housekeeping did not do a good job of keeping our suite clean. The food waste which we set aside was left untouched for days hence it piled up until our checkout. Moreover, the cleaning staff admitted they didn't sweep or mop our room floor as the suite was too big.

Pros:

We arrived early in the morning, and the hotel was accommodating, allowing us to use the showers in the pool area to freshen up before check-in, which we really appreciated. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the buffet breakfast was great and the location was just a 5 minute walk from the main square.

Cons:

There was some confusion with drink orders at the bar, with a few drinks missing from orders and some mix-ups over which rooms to charge them to. However, we were a large group staying across four rooms, which may have made things a little more challenging for the bar staff. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Nice hotel with spacious room and excellent breakfast choices
Pros:

Hotel provide wide selection of food to suit all the different tastebuds. The rooms are spacious. It is also located near cafes, restaurants and shops. There are 2 pools in the hotel. The infinity pool is at the top floor and a rooftop bar. You can have a nice view of Sapa.

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing and with many choices for those with dietaries or other preferences. Great location within walking distance to shops and Sa Pa centre. The rooms were generously sized and a large bed. Bathroom was clean.

Cons:

We paid extra for a mountain view room but were placed on the second floor, with our view blocked by the building in front of the hotel. It’s worth checking which floor you’ll be allocated when booking.
