Pros:

The hotel was beautiful! The room was clean and spacious. The top floor is amazing, the view by the pool is the best of the hotel! We also enjoyed the indoors pool in the first floor and the breakfast service.

Cons:

It is a very busy hotel so the reception service takes time for the check in and check out. You need to remind the staff that you are waiting.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious, and we originally booked one with a balcony and mountain view. The hotel team surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a suite with an additional living room – we were impressed and grateful for such a personal touch.
The breakfast was delicious. The panoramic pool was another highlight – perfect for relaxing and taking amazing photos.
Thank you to the whole team for the excellent service. We would love to come back!

Pros:

The ambiance, The rooftop overview of the mountains, The indoor pool, Gym and the location is just a short walk to the Sapa Station/Centre.

Everything from the hospitality. To the amenities. Pistachio has it all. Thank you for your warm welcome. If I going to SAPA once again I choose PISTACHIO over any other hotel. God bless and all for the best.

Lovely bedroom but dusappointed by the rest , other than the rooftop pool.
Pros:

Views from the bedroom were stunning

Cons:

Breakfast was poorer than any other places we stayed , though the room rates here were very high relative.
Issues dealing with the front desk. Confusion as to whether we had already paid for an extra bed in the room which we had … they did come back though and admit they were wrong and refunded us. Another issue arose too.
