Would not recommend this place unless you’re ok with poor wifi and disappointing breakfast selection.
Pros:

Decent location but that’s about it.

Cons:

Poor wifi. Like REALLY poor wifi. Breakfast selection was disappointing. Staff didn’t really smile at all.

Staff very friendly, everything taken care of. Rooftop pool incredible! Attached is the view from the mountain view.

Out of their control obviously, but there was construction nearby, but not the fault of the hotel. Everything in the hotel was amazing.

A Memorable Sapa Experience – Highly Recommended!

Review of Pistachio Hotel Sapa

First of all, I would like to commend the professionalism and hospitality of the bellman, Mr. Cú A Hô. He is extremely kind, accommodating, and always willing to help. He made our stay even more special. He has excellent communication skills and is always smiling. He is truly a great asset to Pistachio Hotel. This is exactly the kind of person you want to meet when visiting Sapa, Vietnam, as he helps create a wonderful and memorable experience.

Secondly, the room and the view were absolutely stunning and breathtaking. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Thirdly, the infinity pool was amazing! The scenery was spectacular, and it was a wonderful experience to swim while enjoying the breathtaking mountain views and cool weather. The rooftop area is truly awesome. For those who prefer a warmer option, the hotel also offers a covered heated pool, which is a great alternative if you do not wish to brave the cooler temperatures at the rooftop infinity pool.

Overall, we had an excellent stay at Pistachio Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa. The outstanding service, beautiful rooms, and incredible facilities made our trip truly unforgettable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons:

A few areas for improvement:

1. One downside is that the hotel does not provide an iron or ironing board in the room, which is something I would normally expect from a 4-star hotel. While the hotel offers an in-house ironing service, the turnaround time can take more than two hours, which may not be convenient for guests who need their clothes pressed quickly.
2. Guests traveling with children should be aware that there is an additional charge of 250,000 VND for a 6-year-old child. When booking through platforms such as Booking.com⁠, it is advisable to accurately indicate your child’s age during the reservation process to avoid any unexpected charges upon arrival.

The location- it’s close enough to walk into sapa town, restaurants, sun plaza.
