El personal fue encantador, llegamos antes de tiempo y nos guardaron las pertenencias. Además el último día nos dejaron usar la piscina y ducharnos ya que nos íbamos a la noche. Sin lugar a dudas repetiría en este Hotel, tanto por el trato como por las magníficas instalaciones e impecable limpieza.

La camera meravigliosa, il letto gigantesco e super comodo.
Il servizio massaggi, la piscina interna ed esterna, la palestra e il ristorante in cui abbiamo mangiato 2 volte bene.
Colazione abbondante si trova un po di tutto.
Purtroppo una volta che si esce dalla stanza si stacca la corrente quindi l’aria condizionata funziona solo quando ci si è all’interno e anche per caricare telefono ecc. solo quando si è in camera.
The breakfast was very good and offered a genuinely wide selection. The infinity pool was lovely, and the hotel had some excellent views.
The staff we dealt with were generally friendly and polite. After the problems with our original room, we were eventually moved to a family room and given a 500,000 VND restaurant voucher as compensation, which we appreciated.
This was the most expensive hotel of our Vietnam trip, yet unfortunately it was also the most disappointing.
The main problem was the air conditioning. It repeatedly stopped working properly, and we woke during the night with the room extremely hot. Staff and engineers looked at it, but the problems continued and we completely lost confidence in the room.
We were eventually offered another room, but were initially told that we would need to check out, take all our luggage downstairs and wait before receiving the replacement. As we were moving because of a fault with the room the hotel had provided, we found this completely unreasonable.
Although the staff were friendly, we were disappointed with the management response. Despite asking to discuss the problems with the manager, we were not given an opportunity to do so.
On several occasions, there were no towels available at the pools, so we had to find a member of staff and request them. The rooms also receive a considerable amount of traffic noise from the road outside.
The restaurant was another major disappointment. Menu prices have VAT and a mandatory 5% service charge added afterwards. Although this is mentioned in small print, we found it unusual compared with most restaurants we visited in Vietnam.
We ordered two pizzas advertised as “SIZE L,” but they were extremely small and tasted like basic frozen supermarket pizzas. Two pizzas and four soft drinks cost 420,000 VND at menu prices, increasing to 476,280 VND after service charge and tax. This represented extremely poor quality and value.
Despite the good breakfast, pool, views and friendly staff, the hotel did not live up to its price or our expectations. Considerably cheaper hotels provided us with much better experiences, and we would not stay here again.

Muy bien situado, sin ruidos, personal amable, surtido variado en el desayuno. También cenamos en el hotel y la sopa estaba exquisita. Cerca de la estación para visitar fansipan. La habitación muy grande, hay un gran ventanal en el baño que da a la habitación.
La piscina exterior es bonita pero la temperatura muy muy fría. Difícil de usar.
