The flush system in the toilet wasn’t good. The pool where we tried to do the floating basket was cold. This should be heated, don’t advise to get into that freezing water.

The biggest attraction is undoubtedly the mountain scenery. The rooftop infinity pool has a spectacular outlook across Sapa's mountains and valley, and the views is definitely one of the hotel's highlights. The location is another big advantage. You're close enough to walk to Sun Plaza, Sapa Station, restaurants, cafés and the town centre, without feeling as though you're right in the busiest part of town. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable and breakfast is good and has a big variety.
It is a good 4-star hotel rather than true luxury. Parts of the property are starting to look a little dated and could use maintenance / upgrades. The rooftop infinity pool is also smaller than the photographs can make it appear. It's fantastic for photos and enjoying the view, but don't expect a large resort-style pool with lots of loungers. There were a lot of construction next door which starts just after 07h00 every morning. The noise were terrible and not pleasant. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay then avoid this hotel.

El personal fue encantador, llegamos antes de tiempo y nos guardaron las pertenencias. Además el último día nos dejaron usar la piscina y ducharnos ya que nos íbamos a la noche. Sin lugar a dudas repetiría en este Hotel, tanto por el trato como por las magníficas instalaciones e impecable limpieza.

עבורנו היה נוח שזה קרוב לבית חב״ד זה במיקום מרכזי אבל טיפה רחוק מהבלאגן והצפיפות
קיבלנו קומה נמוכה פונה לאתר בנייה שיש בו קידוחים עד 21:00 בערב ממש מקשה לשהות בחדר. לא הצלחנו לנוח בצהרי שבת

La camera meravigliosa, il letto gigantesco e super comodo.
Il servizio massaggi, la piscina interna ed esterna, la palestra e il ristorante in cui abbiamo mangiato 2 volte bene.
Colazione abbondante si trova un po di tutto.
Purtroppo una volta che si esce dalla stanza si stacca la corrente quindi l’aria condizionata funziona solo quando ci si è all’interno e anche per caricare telefono ecc. solo quando si è in camera.
