Amazing location with exceptional views.
Pros:

Location was amazing

Cons:

Reception staff not very friendly upon arrival. Had to wait for over 2 hours in lobby and didn’t let us know our room was ready.

Pros:

Got in early from the sleeper bus, they stole your bags for you and also have toilets and showers available to freshen up in.
Can walk to town quite easily.
Breakfast buffet was delicious.

Cons:

A little bit pricey.
Sapa gets very foggy so we couldn’t see a view from the room. Not the Hotel’s fault, but you pay for a view and because the weather is so volatile, you might not get one.

Quite authentic mountain experience , comfort luxury hotel

The absolute best place to stay in Sapa
Pros:

The absolute highlight of this hotel is the rooftop pool, that has an astounding view of Sapa and all the rice fields, mountains and valleys that surround it. It was unbelievable and absolutely worth every penny.
The rooms were cosy and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful.
I was absolutely in love with this hotel. There is really no better place to stay in Sapa.

Cons:

You couldn’t get very hot water in the shower, which was unfortunate because Sapa can get quite chilly.

Pros:

The breakfasts were the best in all of Vietnam, with a great variety. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff checked every day to see if we needed the room cleaned. The pool area was well-maintained and beautiful; the only downside was that there were too few sun loungers by the pool.

Very disappointing
Pros:

Good location and room size.

Cons:

I booked and paid the room charge in December 2025. The hotel accounting department couldn’t find the record and I have to pay again before getting my room. The refund keeps postponing until the last minute of my check-out. I have to pay vnd 60000 for breaking a glass toothbrush cup.

Good hotel and breakfast.
Pros:

Hotel was great. Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast, go early around 8am it’s busy. We went around 9:30am a few days which was less crowded. Location not central but where we expected to be so Expect some walking but Grab Taxis available.

Cons:

Bar service could be better. We had to go to the bar to order drinks but they brought drinks to the table.

A wonderful stay overall, with great service and amenities that more than made up for the small misses.
Pros:

I loved almost everything about this place—from the delicious and affordable food to its great location. The customer service was outstanding, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Truly a wonderful stay!
