Breakfast was great ! Especially the noodles
Service was also great , we had to store our luggage while we checked out and they were helpful

Pros:

The property is beautiful and clean. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable
The breakfast buffet is huge and yummy.
The staff is very accommodating as many people arrive in sapa by morning train so they give shower availability to people and keep their bags and laptops safe till checkin time

Amazing hotel, good breakfast, excellent location.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly nice with us, the facilities were clean and the room was amazing. Everything was great.

The breakfast was delicious as well.

Cons:

The only thing was that I wrote them via booking to ask for a pickup from Lao Cai train station and they answered me after my pickup date. They could improve their response times.

Pros:

The hotel was beautiful! The room was clean and spacious. The top floor is amazing, the view by the pool is the best of the hotel! We also enjoyed the indoors pool in the first floor and the breakfast service.

Cons:

It is a very busy hotel so the reception service takes time for the check in and check out. You need to remind the staff that you are waiting.
