We arrived late afternoon and we were all warmly greeted by the door men especially that of the front desk people. Welcome drinks were immediately served with a smile.
Checking in was swift and we were in our room in no time. Vihn was very accommodating, giving points of interest suggestions.
Breakfast spread was impressive.
During this period, my spouse had a medical emergency and Vhin Vhin was fast in helping. And even after we left, we could feel the concern of Vhin by sending messages asking for updates.
We would 100% recommend Pistachio Hotel with this kind of great service.
Beautiful view of the mountains and well located in town. Room was huge. Excellent breakfast, especially the pho.
The pool area is lovely but a bit small with so many guests and also slippery. There were no towels available / not replenished. We ordered a pizza and drinks from the rooftop menu. The pizza was terrible, like a frozen supermarket pizza, so we never ate in the hotel again after that.
The pool was beautiful and location was nice for walking

The hotel was beautiful with a lovely view and the service, breakfast and staff were all excellent. We arrived very early on the overnight train from Hanoi. We got to the hotel at 8am and although vheck in was not until 2pm they let us use both the outdoor and indoor swimming pool and in the end had our room ready at 12pm so this was a huge help as we were tired. Very welcoming and accommodating

Overall was an OK stay , I get the impression quality of accommodation in Sapa is a bit lacking. However staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was ok , had all the usual offerings , hotel and rooms were probably good a few years ago when opened but now showing age and wear and tear as it did appear to be very busy. Outdoor pool looked great but was too cold to use when we stayed , indoor pool is heated but room had a damp sauna like smell which was not pleasant to linger in for too long.
i like everything about the hotel, staff are very accomodating, amenities were great! the bf buffet was superb
