Location. Landscaping. Kitchen staff.

Cons:

The main receptionist. Pressure of coming by 5pm. Then not giving an option so I had to take a taxi. She responds very slow. But mainly, I had requested a bag transfer service and that lady gave me an envelope. So I booked it online that evening and left the bag in the morning—they texted after I left they’re not in service. So I walked an hour back to find out hotel is all lockup up and she doesn’t respond to my texts till later that evening. I requested taxi or mail service (€30) and she responded the taxi will be €96. So what can I do—I found a taxi for €80 to bring it to me. She did not once offer to pay or say sorry for giving me that bag transport company that was not in service.

Espectacular
Pros:

Habitación doble amplia y confortable. Desayuno excelente: zumo natural, café, tostadas, bizcocho, huevos revueltos, yogures, mermelada casera, fruta,.... El entorno, la tienda, el restaurante con excelente comida. En resumen: espectacular.

Cons:

Con algún tipo de actuación o animación, obtendría la matrícula de honor.

Lugar precioso, un oasis en Cacabelos
Pros:

Es un sitio encantador en un entorno ideal. Es un oasis en cacabelos. Comimos y desayunamos en el restaurante un espectáculo de comida. Las habitaciones son preciosas, merece la pena venir.
