Guest Reviews
Michele who took care of the breakfast was great, friendly and helpful. She even went out of her way to make cookies for me for my birthday.
The person at the front desk who checked me out asked me how I liked the cookies. They never had cookies, which the website stated. They said they only have them when the hotel is 50% full. The fireplace in the lobby was never on. Told us it was broken. The firepit area you could only use by going through the restaurant and only when the restaurant was open. Sometimes even though the restaurant was open the firepit wasn't on. I had to ask numerous times to refill the coffee pots in the coffee area. Sometimes they were empty and sometimes the coffee was cold.
good value
You are still holding $100.00 for no reason at all. why do you do that. I DO NOT LIKE THAT.
Amazing property and location to ATW.
Staff were exceptional with early check in Park and Fly etc!!
Vicky, our shuttle driver, was very personable and we arrived safely for our morning flight.
Thank you so much and looking forward to staying again in future!!
NA
Convenient, clean and bed/plows very comfortable. Stayed only one night but very pleased
Breakfast pretty good. Later in the morning, some things not refilled.
Very comfortable very clean
The outrages of the bottle water in the room
Could have had another waffle maker or just a staff member just for breakfast to restock and clean up tables. Nothing bad about it though just waited a while to use the waffle maker and things ran out fast.
Great place. Quiet and great
amenities. Will definitely ok again in the future
Location was great and close to the airport. The staff and hotel were amazing. Super quiet and beds were very comfy. Indoor pool was clean and very refreshing. Wissota restaurant on property is convenient and delicious. Great place to stay if you’re in the area. 10/10
Location
We would like it if there were adult pool hours from 10-midnight.
They had decent Starbucks coffee in room and lobby.
The wake call system and Alam clock was hard to use.
Very clean room and hotel, great restaurant on site, free breakfast every morning was great with variety each day. Will always continue to stay here when needed!
The airport shuttle service was very nice
La limpieza
The ease of booking, the friendliness and attentiveness of staff, as well as the room itself which was spacious and clean. Made the stay very enjoyable and relaxing and it was close to our destination in Neenah.
There wasn't anything that didn't meet my expectations. Keep up the great work!
Everything was great!

Convenient location with large room.
Hotel was very clean.
Breakfast had a good variety.
The sofa bed was not supportive.
Every time I went to the front desk, I had to call for an employee to assist me.
