Pros:

Decepcionante para un hotel Hilton
Cons:

El aire acondicionado.
Estaba tan fuerte que había que ir con chaqueta en el interior del hotel cuando en la calle hacia muchísimo calor.
El ruido de las máquinas exteriores de aire acondicionado era insoportable dentro de la habitación. Día y noche.
En una habitación que es salón, cocina y dormitorio (grandísima) no hay una mesa para poder trabajar.
Hay una mesa muy alta en la que, con la silla que hay en la habitación, no se puede trabajar.
En la televisión solamente se ven canales de Estados Unidos en inglés.

Great location to downtown, restaurants, and the baseball field. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was nice.

Great location but make sure your room is away from baseball field
Pros:

Really nice hotel. Location was good for downtown.

Cons:

My room looked directly out at baseball field. The curtains were not black outs and with night games both nights of my stay, the field lights kept my room lit up like mid day.

Location! Cleanliness! 99% of the staff was amazing!

Cons:

The attitude of the staff member who checked us in. Didn't get her name, but she wasn't very friendly and seemed like we were bothering her. But...maybe she was just having a bad day.

Wonderful stay, we would definitely come back again!
Pros:

The room was lovely and very comfortable. It was also the perfect location, so many amazing shops and restaurants within walking distance. After parking in the hotel parking garage, we didn’t use the car again until it was time to go home. We walked everywhere!

Very clean rooms. Great location.
Pros:

Very clean. No complaints about the room. For us the beds were hard and not very comfortable. The pillows to soft and squishy. Wonderful service. All staff we encountered were pleasant and friendly.
Great location. Directly across the street from the baseball field. We went to a game the first night. We had a wonderful time.

Would recommend and will stay again if I’m in Greenville!
Pros:

Was really close to the event we were attending, staff was kind and friendly! The room was much bigger than I expected, the beds and pillows were AWESOME. Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

Cons:

Wasn’t a fan of paying to park but not that big of a deal.
