Very clean and comfortable and close to Bon Secours hospital.

I am very particular about hotels and every time I go I always bring cleaning supplies to sanitize the room. I walked into the hotel and it was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed at. The attendant. Record was so pleasant and kind. She informed us she was the one who had cleaned the room. I will give this hotel a 10 all day.

Location

Great location downtown. Parking garage attached but was always able to find street parking. Check in was flawless. Room great size and quiet even though it faced main st. Housekeeping did a great job. Very organized staff. Breakfast a step up from your standard fare. Most importantly EVERY staff member we met was nicer than the last. One of the best Hilton properties I have ever stayed at.

My wife and I stayed at the Homewood Suites in Downtown Greenville on 03/28 - 03/30. I have severe ADHD and when I travel I take my Steam Deck portable gaming computer system with me to help with my ADHD. This past week we were preparing to travel again and I couldn't find it in our luggage. I only use it while traveling, hence the delayed realization of the missing item. Once I realized that it was missing I logged into my account for the gaming system and it stated that it was logged into on 4/02 at 6:40 pm in Greenville. This was three days after we had checked out and left Greenville. I never took it out of the room during our stay and the hotel was our only destination in Greenville, we left home and drove to the hotel and left the hotel and drove back home. Once I realized that it was missing I called the hotel and the desk staff informed me that nothing was registered to lost and found from our room for our stay. I called again this morning to speak to a manager and was transfered to the assistant manager Kenny, he informed me that there was nothing in the lost and found and beyond that there was nothing they could do. According to police, it has so far been tracked to a residential neighborhood in West Greenville so housekeeping found it and did not turn it in but instead tooknit home with them. This portable computer along with the other items in the case has a combined value of well over $700. This really makes me not want to stay at a Hilton property ever again because housekeeping is untrustworthy and keeps left behind items regardless of value.

I filed a police report and the manufacturer of the device has stated that they will be assisting the police with IP information to assist with potential tracking, they have already discovered that the language on the device was changed to Spanish on April 2, 2025 .

Update: So far it has been tracked to a residential neighborhood in West Greenville proving that it was without a doubt an employee who stole my device. If you value your possessions do not stay here. At least one other review mentions theft by staff.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay. Location was great, staff was amazing, breakfast was unbelievable. Room was so clean. A+ stay

The location on Main St. a few blocks from Falls Park and the Peace Center was a plus
