Excellent location, wonderful staff, clean rooms
Pros:

All staff we came in contact with were very pleasant and friendly. Rooms are very clean and spacious.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable for us.

Very clean rooms. Great location.
Pros:

Very clean. No complaints about the room. For us the beds were hard and not very comfortable. The pillows to soft and squishy. Wonderful service. All staff we encountered were pleasant and friendly.
Great location. Directly across the street from the baseball field. We went to a game the first night. We had a wonderful time.

Would recommend and will stay again if I’m in Greenville!
Pros:

Was really close to the event we were attending, staff was kind and friendly! The room was much bigger than I expected, the beds and pillows were AWESOME. Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

Cons:

Wasn’t a fan of paying to park but not that big of a deal.

Pros:

Tout était parfait : la décoration de l’hôtel et des chambres, le confort général, et même s’il n’est pas directement dans le centre ville, l’accès est très rapide et prend moins de 10 min ; le petit déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité

Pleasantly surprised
Pros:

I am very particular about hotels and every time I go I always bring cleaning supplies to sanitize the room. I walked into the hotel and it was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed at. The attendant. Record was so pleasant and kind. She informed us she was the one who had cleaned the room. I will give this hotel a 10 all day.

Perfect
Pros:

Great location downtown. Parking garage attached but was always able to find street parking. Check in was flawless. Room great size and quiet even though it faced main st. Housekeeping did a great job. Very organized staff. Breakfast a step up from your standard fare. Most importantly EVERY staff member we met was nicer than the last. One of the best Hilton properties I have ever stayed at.
