Cons:

部屋が暑いのでエアコンの冷房がかからなくてフロントに連絡したら男性従業員が応対し、部屋に伺うと言っておきながら1時間経っても来ないので、再度フロントに連絡したら次は女性スタッフが応対し部屋の空調はフロントで操作できるとの解答！
私は部屋が暑い中1時間待ったし、何もしなかった男性従業員の対応に腹が立ちます！
