The staff was very friendly, from receptionists to the cleaning team, every single one of them was polite & smiley.
The room wasn't as new as the pictures show, but still very good. Enough space, good bed, good shower, clean bathroom, and an A/C that worked well.
Good location, close to the beach & many food & drink options around.
Although it was great to have a pool, the rooftop is a bit worn down. The water of the pool was also quite warm and not as refreshing as I hoped.
Since the fridge only works when your room key is in the holder, it's not great to keep things in there.

Undisclosed fee if paying by card which wasn't mentioned on booking.com, however we managed to get our card charged via booking.com which made the fee redundant.

The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean. A big plus is the beautiful rooftop view, which is perfect for sunbathing. I will definitely come back!
This is one of my favorite hotels in Da Nang. It has a convenient location, close to the beach, restaurants, spas, and many lovely cafes. The rooms are clean, and a big plus is the super friendly and helpful staff, who suggest competitively priced tours and offer motorbike rentals right at the hotel.
I made a mistake with my booking dates and Mia fixed it immediately.

The bed was comfortable, the shower superb with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Staff cleaned every day, changed towels every day and the bedding frequently. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, and they spoke English. The hotel is a block and a half from the beach and there are many good restaurants and cafes, laundries, pharmacies, etc. in the immediate area. We stayed for a month and loved it, felt it was very good value for money.
I had to move out of Tuyet Son Hotel booked by my agent due to poor conditions of the room. I looked at Jolia Hotel reviews in Google and booked through Booking.com no regrets I and my fam liked the place it was very comfortable and spacious. Service was very friendly and polite. Location is good not far from the beach and close to spa/massages, restaurants, etc.

The gym set up was not great.
The location was great and the staff were very kind. I was also given a room upgrade, which I really appreciated and made my stay even better.
The only downside was a slight humidity smell in the room. It wasn’t anything too strong, but it was noticeable at times. Also, the windows couldn’t be opened, which made it a bit harder to air out the space.
Overall, still a good experience thanks to the location and the friendly service.
Die Lage ist gut , in der Nähe von Strand , viele Resterant, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen .
Es gab zur Zeit 3 Baustellen in der Nähe, immer Baulärm von Morgens bis Abends. Die Zimmer sind nicht schallisoliert.
Very good value for location. Short walk to anything. Single room was fine. All facilities worked well and house cleaning staff great. Every day asked if need anything or changes of linen. Particular attention to front desk staff. All excellent for any help or questions. Highly recommended.
