Pros:

바로 옆이 공사중이라는 후기를 보고 고층 조용한 곳에 머물고 싶다고 하니 제일 높은 층으로 방을 배정해 주셨습니다. 호텔 시설은 모텔이라고 생각 하시면 편합니다. 되게 가성비 있게 시설도 좋았고 잘 머물다 갑니다.

Good location but beds too small and room is damp

Cons:

We are a group of 3 and stayed in a room with 2 double beds. We were told we were booking one double bed a one single bed but they gave us 2 very small beds. They told me that this is the biggest size of bed they could give due to ‘hotel regulations’. It was a squash even for me and my 5ft friend to share a bed. The room smelled quite damp and the curtains were mouldy.

Pros:

The hotel was awesome for the price I paid. Starting with the best possible location - 5 minutes from the beach and within a nice area of restaurants and other services.
The single room was clean and spacious, and I had all the comfort that I needed. The best part was the little gym at the rooftop that served me well for my workouts.
The staff was kind and polite, and they let me leave my things before the check in and after the check out.
I couldn't ask for more

Pros:

Good location. I also liked that drinking water was always available downstairs thanks to the water filter, which was very convenient. The girls at the reception were very nice and always tried to help whenever there was any problem.

Cons:

On the last night, I found a cockroach in the bed, which was very unpleasant. Also, the housekeeping starts quite early, and the noise in the corridor can wake you up. There is also construction next to the hotel, so the noise from outside may disturb your sleep in the morning. The staff mentioned that the management has recently changed, so I hope some of these issues will be improved in the future

Khách sạn rất gần biển, đi bộ tầm 5 phút là đến biển luôn. Ở đây mình đánh giá cao nhân viên, lễ tân rất lễ phép và luôn vui vẻ. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ. Mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại khi đến Đà Nẵng

Wonderful stay
Pros:

All is good, staff are friendly and amazing. Just a block to the beach. View from the rooftop looks so nice. Definitely comeback.

Bright and comfy room in the best location
Pros:

The room was clean, bright and spacious. Very comfortable bed! Super friendly staff. Nice rooftop with a small pool. Great location.

Cons:

Noisy construction works outside even with closed windows. But you won't be able to escape those in the center, bring your earplugs!

Great location, helpful staff, great value
Pros:

Wasn't sure what to expect at this price point and was pleasantly surprised. Our room was huge! Staff was very friendly.
We booked Ba Na Hills through Jolia and did laundry - all fair prices.
No breakfast included. There are plenty of options nearby.
Booking charges the first night, and you pay the rest at the property.

Cons:

If you're sensitive to artificial scents, Jolia may not be for you. The elevator has an air freshener and our room reeked of artificial perfume when we first arrived. Luckily, the scent dissipated after the first night and after I asked them to change the sheets. They were super nice about it! This wasn't the first Vietnam hotel we stayed at to scent the room.

Room with window looked out to a new build. Surprisingly the construction wasn't loud.
