Staff was execellent.. front desk was the best ive ever experenced

Once checked in- all went well.
Pros:

Convenient to Fed Ex form, nice spacious room

Cons:

Long time to check in- only 2people checking people in and waited 15-20 min to get checked in, seemed to be a laborious process for personnel to check you in and also took a long time .
Wish breakfast had been included- it was expensive and nothing special

It was nice but really nothing special for the price except the location for the basketball games.
Pros:

Security parking and walking distance to the Forum. I also like the 7th floor view of the Forum.

Cons:

Having to pay $32 extra for parking. It should be included with your room. The handicap shower was ok, but I was expecting it to be a walk-in instead of a tub. Had to have help getting in & out due to this.

Overall very pleasant staff and clean stay; just wasn’t overwhelmed considering the price.
Pros:

Location was great. A block away from the Peabody and several other bars and restaurants. Within walking distance of Beale St and the FedEx Forum. Staff at the hotel and the adjoined restaurant/bar “They Greyhound” were exceptional.

Cons:

I appreciate the private parking, but there was no real alternative option other than to pay $35 a night for the parking. Also, breakfast was $15 per person and not included in the price like I would expect many hotels to be.
