Great place if you don't ever need to contact the manager OR store bags after you check out!
Pros:

Great location with walking distance to many things, grocery stores on the ground floor, quiet area, great price for the quality of room you get.

Cons:

When you check in they will hold your bags while you wait for the room to be cleaned, which was no problem. Somewhere in the contract it states that when you check out they will NOT hold your bags! This is not acceptable! I have traveled to over 70 countries in the last 20 years and this is the first hotel/apartment that does NOT hold your bags until your flight leaves later that day (night my case). I only needed to leave them from noon til 4PM as I had a late flight that night and they refused to help me out! AI customer service is a joke. No real human reads them. When I checked in one of the remotes was missing batteries, I sent a WhatsApp message, the AI said a customer service rep would be alerted and get back to me, it NEVER did.

Expensive, but old apartment with a lot of broken stuff
Pros:

The only good thing about this apartment is the location. It's a 15 minute walk to the city center.

Cons:

The apartment looks nice in the pictures, but in reality it's so old.
The bottom of shower/toilet room door is decaying because of mold and water. The kitchen faucet was broken, it was difficult to turn it on to pour water. The AC control on the wall wasn't working, it was not possible to control AC temperature. Generally, this apartment requires renovation.

Fantastic KLCC location, quiet and comfortable, good value compared with pricier nearby accommodatio
Pros:

Our room was very quiet and had a small balcony with a table and two chairs, offering views of the building next door and a nearby hotel pool. The unit was clean upon arrival, and the staff were communicative and met us shortly after we arrived. For our six-night stay, they provided a mid-stay cleaning. The kitchen was modern, with an electric kettle and enough dishes and cooking equipment for two. The AC units worked well, and the washer was easy to use. The convenience stores in the lobby (one open 24/7) and the small coffee shop with excellent espresso were a bonus. The location was great, in the middle of KLCC and within walking distance of Petronas Towers, shopping and good restaurants, and this was good value compared with other more luxurious—and far more expensive—accommodations in the area. Overall, it was comfortable, quiet, and practical.

Cons:

The bathroom was dated, and replacing the caulk around the sink would make a big difference. The shower was very small and tended to get the entire toilet area wet when used.
