Pros:

The person working there is very responsive and nice.
Location is just perfect, I got the room on top floor, 33A floor. The view was amazing!
Beds and linien are very comfortable, AC quiet.

Cons:

You can hear a bit traffic noise in the room, but it's centre, so need to be comfortable with that.

立地は良いが不衛生　が　安い
Pros:

◯立地が良かったです。モノレールからも電車に駅からのアクセスもっ便利でした。
◯一階にコンビニ、レストランがあり便利でした。
◯値段が安い

Cons:

１)衛生面　
ベットにダニがいるのか皮膚に虫に刺された痕が多数。
2)鍵が一つだけで、エレベーターも鍵がないと乗れないので不便
3)オーナーと連絡が取れない
４)テレビが見れない
５)景色　目の前もマンション

樓下有超市.便利商店 還不錯。
Ground floor has 3 grocery stores
Convenient much.

Cons:

跟個人戶訂房，行李無法免費寄放，要收取20元费用，對住宿旅客很不方便也不親民，以後不會再選這家了。

Service like shit
Pros:

nothing, the service is too bad and too overprice

Cons:

all, the person who assist me so rude and he stole my money. He didnt remind me about the check out, just told me once during the check in but at the end of the day he charged me for another hour. The service is also bad and so irritating. He left me about an hour when i wanna check in at the lobby. And act fool
like nothing happen. Frust and regret with this stay. Trust me
