Beware of staying here!
Pros:

We booked a superior room, but did not stay here. After checking in, they told us that we had to walk 5 minutes to another building to get to the room. (This was not told to us when we booked.) It was very late, we had a lot of luggage, and it was raining hard. This is not a nice area (bars on doors/windows) and did not feel comfortable walking. Eventually they offered called a cab to take us. We were very offended so we got a Grab car and left. The reception area had crumbs all over the floor, so that wasn't a good sign either.

Clean, convenient
Pros:

Great for a transit stay. Clean, modern. Close to a shopping mall. A fridge would have been nice, but everything else was great. A short walk from KLIA 2. A quick train ride from KLIA 1. Lots of places to eat at the nearby mall.
