Very good staff!!
Pros:

The AC on my initial room was blowing nonstop cold air and even though I turned the AC off, it kept going. After roughly 15 mins, I called the reception and immediately someone came to help fix it. They couldn’t so they offered me immediately another room. They checked if everything was working before offering it. I’m very grateful for what they did for me, because I was starting to get sick so the last thing I wanted was cold air blowing. The rooms were very clean, organized and cozy. The staff was incredibly helpful, hospitable and welcoming.

Nothing! Everything was fine!

A short stay to catch an early flight.
Pros:

The shuttle service was great. The bed was very comfortable. Could not believe the size of the TV screen, great channel choices.

Cons:

Missed breakfast due to an early flight, although did grab a bagel. WIFI would not always work in the room (#401)

Pros:

I liked this one. The breakfast was really good. I was surprised by the pool table. My father and I had a good time playing pool. The staff was friendly. It was easy to get in the rooms. I had a good time in there
