Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was a nice touch.

Cons:

The reception area was noisy; but that was to be expected since it was also a rec area for kids. Noise didn't last long and wasn't overly loud.

Pros:

Everything! I go to Louisville at least 4 or 5 times a year to get my international flights. My experience with hotels has been acceptable. This hotel surprised me so much due to its outstanding service, beautiful facilities, and great location. I already save it in my contacts as “best hotel in Louisville “
