We all had a blast at the concert and the convenience of the location couldn't have been better.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, but it was nice having it included with the stay. The main benefit was it was within walking distance to the venue.

Cons:

They could have a better stock of Miller Lite.

Pros:

I asked the staff to do something special to the room for my mom’s 50th birthday and they left a balloon, card, stuffed animal, and flowers in the ro for her to walk into. I was blown away by how truly touching that was. I cannot express how happy and satisfied I am with this hotel.

Loved it and I'd happily come back!
Pros:

The staff were friendly & the room was very comfortable and clean. We stayed for the Louder Than Life festival and stayed for 5 nights, and service was outstanding. Free breakfast, which is a plus, and we could sit in the lobby and play pool and board games as well, rather late into the night if needed.

Cons:

The roll out table had the wheels very loose so the table almost detached completely, but it looked like someone had messed with them and loosened them up, probably a kid. So that wasn't really any issue.

Never again.
Pros:

My toilet seat was not attached to the toilet, didn't see that and fell off. They promptly fixed it the next day. In the lobby, cloth covered seats were stained and off putting. TV didn't work. There were only 2 of us. Separate rooms but we were overcharged by Booking.com. Terrible hair dryer. The iron didn't heat up enough to iron wrinkles out of clothes. In all, I will never go back to that hotel. It wasn't the standard HILTON I was expecting. This looked like a cheap, horribly needs updating version.

Pros:

It's bright and comfortable. Easy check-in, very laid back staff.

Cons:

No real issues. The last part of the road to get there is a LITTLE creepy at night but not dangerous. Just very little light on part of it.
