Horrible !!
A l’arrivée la dame de l’accueil avec des cheveux roses ne répond même pas quand nous disons bonjour…. Elle est froide et antipathique, du coup nous finissons par faire de même. Nous lui posons une question, elle dit qu’elle va se renseigner. Deux jours plus tard nous n’avons eu aucun retour de sa part.
Le pire accueil que nous ayons eu en Géorgie.
Le comble du cynisme, derrière la réception il est noté qu’ils adorent rendre les clients heureux…..
Les autres réceptionnistes de nuit sont par contre plus sympathiques.

Chambre spacieuse mais pas utile d’avoir un espace bureau aussi grand, et à l’inverse salle de bain assez petite et franchement sale (moisissure dans la douche, équipement très vieillot, difficile de régler la température de l’eau).

Vu le prix de la nuit, on s’attend à clairement mieux qu’un mauvais accueil et qu’à une chambre aussi basique. Les photos donnent bien sûr le site, mais en vrai c’est bien différent.

I arrived late and they coudnt have done more to help. Good location, on street paid parking outside. Exactly as described, and very friendly staff

No surprises
Pros:

Small hotel with ordinary breakfast and simple rooms. Customer service was good, not loud noise from the street, quite clean rooms. Shower cabin was shaking and the water tube leaked. The location is far from the sights, but taxi is cheap and neighborhood safe and quiet.
