Fantastic stay in a great location in Nha Trang.
Pros:

Amazing staff. Everyone was kind, always greeted us with a smile! The location is great. A short walk from the beach, tons of coffee shops, restaurants, stores around. The breakfast was good. It changed up most days, a good variety. We were here for 2 weeks and did not get sick of it. They make eggs to order so that is always great! Fresh fruits daily!! Very clean property.

Cons:

The sauna is permanently closed, looks like it is now a storage room. From what we could tell, no one uses the rooftop restaurant, we went in to grab a coffee and they kind of seemed surprised that we went in. That being said, they should close it and open up the space for beach chairs/ loungers. The pool area doesn't have any place to relax and lay out. Just high top tables and stools.

Giường King nhưng ghép giường chưa kỹ, chỉ có 1 tấm ga trải, tối ngủ bị đẩy 2 giường xa nhau lun, nằm mà bị lọt xuống chính giữa. Máy lạnh set mặc định 22 độ rất yếu không đủ mát trong thời tiết nóng

Khách sạn địa điểm trung tâm, thuận tiện di chuyển các địa điểm du lịch. Nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, vui vẻ. Nội thất đầy đủ, giường êm, thoải mái, phòng Family có bếp, nồi, chén đầy đủ. Bữa sáng Buffet vừa đủ các món cơ bản.

Cons:

12h check out nhưng 11h55 là thẻ phòng đã bị deactive. KS có thể cân nhắc lại deactive đúng 12h để thuận tiện hơn cho khách.

В душевой комнате некуда поставить гель для душа и шампунь, приходилось на пол класть.
Pros:

Отель находится в шаговой доступности к морю, улочкам с магазинами. Были в отеле 2 дня. Завтраки хорошие, все вкусно. Бассейн небольшой, но поплавать можно с видом на город, есть возле бассейна полотенца и тренажерный зал.

Бассейн тоже очень интересный, нету лежаков, только столики и барные стулья, есть сауна которая наботает только 1 час в

Не важно какого уровня номер, они одинаковые, состояние номеров плачевное, я отделочник и мне все косяки бьют в глаза, плитка в душевых держится просто на затирке, жаль забыл сделать фото, цена не оправдывает ожидание. Цена за сутки в моем случаее была чуть больше 1200р, считаю это сильно завышено! Мы прожили в отеле 5 дней и поменяли 3 номера, так что делайте выводы! Цена отеля 600-700!
