ROSE is a good option
Pros:

Arrived early and were allowed to check in early. Room was already available. Had booked a two queen bed room but the system showed a king bed. Receptionist quickly resolved this. The included Breakfast isn't a buffet but rather a al la carte breakfast. It was good with good coffee. Very close to Shopping Mall which the reception organized the shuttle to drop us off there. Good service.

Cons:

The hotel offers an airport shuttle service. Unfortunately we were not aware that you need to call the hotel to advise them you need the shuttle to collect you from the airport. So stood outside freezing for 45 minutes and eventually got a taxi there. This should be highlighted when booking.

The Rose is a Hit!
Pros:

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The artistic decor, service and room hit all the top spots to secure a 5 star rating. It is near the airport and has it own restaurant with good food which is served from breakfast to dinner.

SO Glad We Chose The Rose
Pros:

Despite having Lifetime Titanium status with Marriott Bonvoy, because of the the very positive reviews, and its high rating on TripAdvisor, I booked a one-night stay at The Rose for my wife and me during a transit stop in Chicago between our flights from Tokyo to Myrtle Beach.

Angie at the front desk was both friendly and helpful, providing us with an early check-in, and recommending a few local restaurants (being tired and jetlagged, we chose the "easy option", and walked next door to Carmines for a late lunch/early dinner).

Breakfast at Thorn Restaurant and Lounge was exceptional, and I don't use that word lightly. Angeliz provided us with very warm and friendly service; our requests for changes to what we wanted to order (dropping potatoes in exchange for fruit) was gladly accepted, something we very rarely experience back home in Australia.

We very highly recommend The Rose, and are looking forward to our next stay there in June.

Sincere thanks and appreciation to both Angie and Angeliz, as well as to Front Desk Supervisor Ms. Santana, who I had exchanged emails with prior to my wife's & my arrival at ORD.

A must visit if needing a hotel near ohare
Pros:

The front desk was excellent, everyone especially Angie who took care of some discrepancies when I checked out. I would definitely recommend, beautiful artwork,live music at the bar, a must visit.

Great O'Hare option and fantastic service.
Pros:

We booked this hotel on the fly trying to drive 7 hours to O'Hare to beat a winter storm and I am so glad we did! The hotel rooms were clean and cozy and the staff and service were top notch! The food in the restaurant (Thorn) was fantastic. After and incredibly stressful adventure up to this point it was all a welcome relaxation. We used the Park and Fly service which was also top notch with speedy and friendly shuttle drivers. Bonus for families - Dave and Busters is across the parking lot a short walk away if you have kids who have been cooped up far too long in the car! We will absolutely stay here if we are back in the area!

The BEST way to begin your O'Hare Journey
Pros:

BEST O'Hare park-and-stay solution! The Rose Hotel has become our favorite way to begin travel involving early morning departures. The experience couldn't be easier, more convenient, more stress-free, or more pleasant. For starters, no hotel other than the airport Hilton is closer. The parking deal is the best if you book it with your stay. The rooms are stylish, clean, well appointed (new Nespresso machines!), quiet, and comfortable. The bar and restaurant is first-rate with a varied menu. The shuttle service is friendly and efficient. And the staff is fantastic. Starbucks coffee service in the lobby. Couldn't ask for more!

The Rose Hotel review-one night stay
Pros:

Incredible hospitality from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Front desk staff was helpful in booking our shuttle to O’Hare. The bartenders at Thorn were very pleasant and the drinks were tasty.
We requested robes to the room and thy were brought up in about 10 minutes. Shuttle driver was very personable and explained how to get to the rideshare lot.

Overall-very enjoyable stay. Will definitely be back.
