Everyone who works at this hotel has a sincere smile on their face. The room is comfortable and modern. Workout facilities are nice. The food at the Thorn restaurant was excellent... way better than basic hotel restaurant food.
Staff excellent when handling issue of hotel bus failing to pick us up. Alessandro was very polite and dealt with issue well.

o que mais gostei foi da localização pois tinhamos pouco tempo e conseguimos fazer tudo que queriamos devido a localização e o serviço de van gratuito que foi tambem muito bom.
Tivemos uma carta dificuldade em solicitar a Van gratuita para retornar do outlet.
Angie was one of the nicest & most efficient people that have ever greeted me at check in. My room was clean & comfortable & the driver of the van was great picking us up quickly from the airport.

Reception was communicative throughout my stay. They checked in via text to ensure all was well even after check in. The hotel is beautiful and room and facilities as a whole are clean and updated.

We needed a hotel for stop over after Indy 500 for a flight back to UK from Chicago. We chose the Rose purely on location to the Fashion Outlet Mall, only a 10min walk or hotel would have dropped us off.
I checked in and said I was dropping g hire car back to the airport when the receptionist offered to send their Shuttle to collect me and bring me back after!
We had a quick bite after a very long day and 3hr drive in the restaurant which was perfect, following morni g after couple poor breakfasts I tried my luck at an 'ideal' breakfast if there was such a thing in USA and a Orange juice, decent sized bowl of granola and scrambled eggs on muffin (without any onion!!) was served perfectly 👌🏻.
All the staff were amazing and yes we did squeeze about 10kg of shopping in our bags so defo recommend a trip to the Fashion Outlet Mall.
My trip to Chicago was for a bridal shower for my future daughter-in-law. The Rose hotel was conveniently located in the O’Hare airport area with other restaurants and shopping and other hotels. The atmosphere at the Rose was very inviting. The staff was extremely friendly. Specifically Marilyn, Jackie and Beatrice were very helpful with a smiling face! I ordered in breakfast, which was hot and delicious the room service staff was friendly. Because I was by myself I really didn’t need my room cleaned. Yet the housekeeping staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I did not have to park as I did not have my own car, but parking was extremely adequate across the street were plenty of things do within walking distance, but you would need to take an Uber or a car to get to the Rosemond area for restaurants. Loved the decor in the lobby and the room was very accommodating. I would give this hotel a Five Star all day long!

The Rose hotel is the best hotel in Rosemont! Food, rooms, and staff are amazing. The atmosphere of this hotel never disappoints.
The Rose Hotel Chicago was a great experience. It's in a great location. The staff was top notch. The airport shuttle was also amazing. I enjoyed the gym as it had a great variety of different equipment. I will definitely stay there again in the future.
