Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l’approche client. En effet, nous avons téléphoné pour avoir la navette à l’aéroport mais personne n’a répondu. Nous sommes venus en taxis pour 2 kms et 40 USD ! Lorsque la réceptionniste a appris cela, elle nous a offert les breakfast !! Assez rare pour le noter. L’hôtel est bien, les chambres confortables .

Great hotel near O”Hare with sound proofing to escape the 4th of July insanity.
Pros:

Soundproof rooms and excellent staff.

Cons:

It’s a bit pricey and since I’ve been out of the country, I’m not able to regain my frequent customer status.

Fantastic Experience
Pros:

Everyone who works at this hotel has a sincere smile on their face. The room is comfortable and modern. Workout facilities are nice. The food at the Thorn restaurant was excellent... way better than basic hotel restaurant food.
