Overall it was everything good.
Staff just entered my room for cleaning services even if I was not in my room. After complaining it happened for 2nd time.
People were polite there.

No such clean rooms were there as in photo i mean it was very old and dull building.
The washroom toilet commode was cemented and swinging one side.

A) Cleanliness: the room was full of cockroaches.
B) Bed: The mattress was actually in two halves.
C) Hospitality: There was an electric kettle, but no tea or coffee pouches. There were some 2-3 cockroaches inside the electric kettle.
D) The dining area: Cramped. An extension of the kitchen with greasy floor and horrible smell.
Comfortable Bed and room was so spacious. Clean room and service was awesome.
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. There was no geyser, so hot water was not available even in the morning. Basic services were completely missing—no room cleaning, no staff support, and no proper amenities. Despite this, the charges were very high and absolutely not worth it. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

Great location next to YSS Ashram. Some staff tried their best. After my complaint I was offered another room.
The room was not cleaned properly. Everything in it felt a little dirty and sticky, the furnishings are run down. The pillows were absolutely disgusting! See pictures. The AC smelled extremely bad.
Bathroom looked very different from the pictures. Communication problems with staff/room service on several occasions.
I left the hotel some days earlier than originally planned because of the above.
