Bad air conditioning/underfloor heating
Cons:

The underfloor heating rattled all night, the window was stuck open as the last people must have had the same problem in apartment 2C because it was stuck on hot so the whole place overheated and it rattled all night. We asked to change after the first night but they didn’t have anywhere else. He fixed the window but still no sleep, take earplugs and eye mask for the blue light from the air conditioning unit

Mi casa es Madrid es Juan Bravo 56.
Pros:

Ubicación comodidad limpieza. Es la tercera vez que voy ya creo que es mi casa.
El sistema que tienen de llave virtual es muy cómodo. Es silencioso. Parece que estuviera deshabitado. Hay un trastero muy amplio donde se pueden dejar maletas si es necesario. Todo lo resuelven.
Todo es blanco minimalista amplio. Hay luz para leer al lado de la cama que no hay en ningún otro apartamento!

Cons:

Solo una vez de las que fui no había lavarropas. Lo comenté y cuando regrese ya me asignaron uno que sí tenía. Son muy atentos y responden en el acto.

Great location, need maintenance.
Pros:

Great location! Near evething we need.

Cons:

Had problem with one bedroom at arrivel, smell mold and was bad maintanend , the next bedroom we changed the balcony door was with a problem and didnt close properly, ask to change again the besroom and had no answer. So, Need a lot of maintainence and updates.

חדר מלא אור בשכונה מחוץ למרכז מדריד

מיקום מחוץ למרכז מדריד ההומה והנהדרת אך, על תחנת המטרו שהופכת את כל מדריד לנגישה. שכונה עם בתי קפה ומסעדות שכונתיות הומות. במיוחד כשהשמש יוצאת. על הרחוב ממש מעבר לפינה כל החנויות שסניפים שלהן יש ב Gran Via - זארה וכל החבורה

בהגעתנו היו מספר ליקויים שטופלו למחרת בבוקר וקבלו מענה מידי עם הפניה.

Pros:

El lugar muy cómodo, moderno, tiene todo lavarropa, tender que podes poner en el balcón, lavavajilla, cafetera, pava eléctrica, buena vajilla. La cama muy cómoda, buena TV. Excelente calefacción + aire. Agua bien caliente. Ubicación buena en la puerta de el Metro Diego de León de ahi vas a todo Madrid. Muy recomendable. La atención de los chicos 10 puntos. Todo excelente 👌 gracias.

Très bruyant. Il suffirait de mettre un message en grand « merci de pas claquer vos portes par respect pour le voisinage! »
Et les vitres ne sont pas du tout nettoyée.
