Mooi hotel ,netjes , goed ontbijt, Goede ligging.
Het was gewoon goed
Leuke modern uitstralende accommodatie. Goede bedden en uitstekend op elkaar ingespeelde medewerkers.

We are staying the hotel for a night as it's close to the Pieterpad hiking trail. It's comfortable for a short stay.
The room size is not small but furniture/bed layout makes it hard to like, curtain is either full blackout or open (to street view so low privacy).
Lighting in the room is also dim due to black/dark wall paint and furniture, and insufficient lighting facility...
De omgeving was heel mooi
Leuk gedeelte van Valkenburg voor fietsers. Vriendelijk personeel en modern ingericht. Verderop is restaurant Fier. Goede tip om daar langs te gaan

Ontbijt was karig
Wij hebben een heel fijne ervaring gehad tijdens ons verblijf van twee nachten in Hotel Valkenburg by Mercure.
Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Jadzia aan de receptie. Ze was erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gaf ons alle informatie die we nodig hadden om optimaal van ons verblijf te genieten.
Ook de andere medewerkers van het hotel waren zeer gastvrij en attent.
Het hotel heeft een uitstekende ligging en het ontbijt was heerlijk.
Het is echt een geweldige plek om tot rust te komen en mooie wandelingen in de omgeving te maken.
We hebben volop genoten van ons verblijf en hopen binnenkort terug te komen, vooral om de sfeervolle kerstmarkt te bezoeken.
Wij raden dit hotel van harte aan!

Goed ontbijt.
Klein dingetje: geen wasbakje in toilet, dus even naar de badkamer (nou, en!).

Bed was wel te hard
Ons beviel de locatie in Valkenburg het meeste! We konden heerlijk mountainbike. Ook het hotel, de kamer, de rust en de toegankelijkheid waren super!
Het parkeren op afstand was nog oké, wel jammer dat het betaald was. Hierdoor moet je toch van te voren plannen, ipv het de vrije loop te laten.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel
Op het toilet mag wel eens opnieuw geschilderd worden.
