Pros:

Room was very clean. Bed probably 3.5/5 in terms of comfort, it’s a very small bed and the mattress isn’t amazing but pillows are very nice. Overall very clean, plenty of plug sockets which is good. Lovely warm bathroom and a/c works. Wardrobe did not have trouser hangers. Nice to have a proper kitchen although the smallest size room is miniature, barely room for a yoga mat so book a bigger room if possible. Very safe, excellent location, will definitely be back.

Pros:

Stayed at Cleveland Residences for one night as it’s very close to our daughter’s university. Flawless communications, super clean, comfortable , upscale flats, good nearby food options, and 2-3 minutes to Russell Square underground station. This is the place to stay if you haven’t be close to UCL or Univ of London.

An absolutely perfect location - tubes, buses and plenty of shops nearby. And the highlight of the location is beautiful Russell Square just a few minutes away.
The room was compact but spotlessly clean and most of all, felt very safe.
The staff responsiveness was excellent - I had issues with the air-conditioning and locked myself out of the safe. The staff were very helpful in resolving both issues promptly.
I'll definitely be back!

Great place
Pros:

The location was ideal for us and you can walk to most West End theatres within half an hour. It was very nicely furnished, well equipped and beautifully quiet. Would probably make this my first choice every London trip from now on.

Very clean and tidy with good kitchen equipment.. Excellent communication from the staff during our stay. Close to train from airport and getting around and an easy walk (15 minute's to most.). Plenty of eateries and pubs nearby and a great grocery store about 3 minutes walk. In house lift and laundry. Highly recommend this place for your stay

Pros:

Very nice to have an apartment style residence in a lively area of London. There are grocery shops and a tube station nearby and it’s a thirty minute walk to Piccadilly. Doesn’t have a hotel lobby but we had good communication about lock codes and let ourselves in. Free laundry machines on lower level and good air conditioning mean I’ll be back!

Tolle Unterkunft mit kurzen Wegen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Apartement ist sehr sauber und mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet. Kommunikation über WhatsApp war super und sehr schnell.

大人3人で利用しました。本来ソファが置かれるべき場所がシングルベッドとなっており、当初狭さを感じましたが、ベッドの上がモノを置ける棚のようになっていて使っていくにつれ便利で快適に感じていきました。出来ればこのベッドの写真は掲載した方がいいと思います。室内バルコニーのような写真もあったので予約した部屋もそれだと勘違いしたため掲載の正確性は改善が必要と思います。まあ、ロンドンではここぐらいのスペースがとれたら上出来なんだろうなと思います。また、自炊をするためにキッチン付きの部屋を選んだのですが、駅そばにローカルスーパーだけでなくアジアンスーパーもあり助かりました。キッチンも問題なく使えましたが、オーブンと思っていたものが電子レンジだったのは少し残念でした。そして、滞在で1番助かったのはランドリーでした。特に混み合わず毎日洗濯乾燥出来ました。

Die Lage ist zentrumsnah und direkt an der U Bahn Station Russels Square. Der Empfang war freundlich und zuvorkommend. An die Kommunikation über Expedia und die Abwesenheit von Hotelpersonal muss man sich wahrscheinlich erst gewöhnen, aber es ist nicht gerade kundenfreundlich
