good location, quite cheap but spend 100k more and get something liveable. the days of decent 350k per night accom in da nang are gone sadly!
Cheap, and some cool furniture on the ground floor.

Que las fotos no fuera igual que en persona.. no había ventanas.. y si la habia estaba tapado por fuera con ladrillos.. no se podia estar dentro de la habitación por que era fuerte el olor a humedad y moho

Had a bed and a toilet

Cons:

It stank of mold, the windows were blocked by a building. From 7am-7pm the loudest drilling I’ve ever heard was going on on the other side of my wall. If you are dear and can’t smell you’ll love it here

Great location and nice bathroom

Cons:

Checked in around 3pm and for some reason there was a family asleep in the room, i accidentally woke them up when i came in and they didn’t say much just quickly arranged the bed and left. So good thing there was another clean but i slept in next to it. The construction aswell wakes you up early so not very calming
