Third Stay—and Still Outstanding

This was my third stay at Roost East Market, and it continues to exceed my expectations. It is an outstanding hotel with a perfect location for anyone doing business in Center City. The atmosphere is modern, professional, and relaxing, making it an ideal place to work or unwind. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, and the value is very reasonable for accommodations in Center City. One of the hotel’s greatest strengths is its impeccable cleanliness. Both the guest rooms and common areas are exceptionally well maintained, with maintenance staff available around the clock to ensure everything remains in excellent condition. The service is consistently exceptional. The workspaces are excellent for business travelers, and the fitness facilities are among the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. A special thank you to Frank at the front desk, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made my stay especially enjoyable. His outstanding customer service is a wonderful reflection of the entire Roost East Market team. I highly recommend Roost East Market and will gladly stay here again.

Good option for long term stay.
Pros:

Large suite with living room and kitchen. Good communal amenities. Ideal for a long term stay, not as great for short term.

Cons:

Not a hotel. No restaurant or bar, no housekeeping. No breakfast available.

Awesome stay, beautiful pool, must visit
Pros:

The location was perfect. Pool is outstanding, best in Philly. Loved all the amenities, just wish I’d stayed longer to enjoy them all. The movie theater and pool table looked great. Amina at the front desk was very welcoming. The apartment was immaculate, loaded with every amenity and more. Definitely will be staying there again. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing stay with minor avoidable issues.
Pros:

The facilities and room were fantastic Good gym, 25m pool.

Cons:

Internet was down for 3 of 7 days.
2 of us in 2 BR but only one key fob, when I asked for a second they said no because they didnt have enough. Next day a different receptionist gave it to me np.
For 1 week stay you get 1 housekeeping. They did it on day 2 of 7.

Great location, comfortable stay, lots of amenities.
Pros:

The apartment was very comfortable. Easy walking distance to major sites including Reading Terminal Market. Pronounced Redding by those who know.

Cons:

Slightly better location instructions. Most signage says Girard Apartments. It does say East Roost but we missed that at first.

Great Place
Pros:

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend while attending a motocross race at Lincoln Financial Field and had a great experience. The building was clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms were impressively soundproof, we barely heard any noise aside from the occasional distant siren. The third-floor amenities were beautifully designed and a nice place to relax, especially for groups. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay that I’d definitely recommend.

My check-in experience at Roost was amazing. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued. Everything was handled with great attention to detail, and it was clear that my stay was important. I especially appreciated being greeted by my first name and being consistently asked if everything was okay. That level of care made the experience feel very personal.

Another Wonderful Week in Philly!
Pros:

The staff at Roost East Market is so wonderful, friendly and accomodating. It feels like coming home each time we visit. We love the facility, its location close to the train station, and places to eat nearby, and in walking distance of Rittenhouse Square, etc. A wonderful spot in such a great city. We could easily live there full time!

Schon das Hotel ist ein Grund Philadelphia nochmals zu besuchen!
Pros:

Wir hatten insgesamt 3 Apartments (im Urlaub) gemietet. Alle von uns waren begeistert.
Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. In den Apartments gab es u.a. Waschmaschine/-trockner, Küche mit Toaster, Pflegeprodukte, Geschirrtabs, Waschmaschinenpods usw., sogar Fenster konnte man ein bisschen öffnen. In der 3. Etage befinden sich alle Annehmlichkeiten wie 24/7 Fitnessstudio, Kaffeestation (Code im Hinweiszettel nutzen!), großer Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche und großem Tisch, Couchecke u.a. mit Schachspiel, auf der Terrasse Grill, beheizter Außenpool und einen winzigen Auslauf (eher ein Gehege) für Hunde.
Die Lage war für uns auch in Ordnung, vieles ist fußläufig.
Im Haus wohnen auch Langzeitgäste, die z.b. beruflich in der Stadt sind.
Die Rezeption war übrigens stets mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern besetzt.

Cons:

Wenn überhaupt: Das Parkhaus im Gebäudeblock war mit großem Auto eine Herausforderung (gehört nicht zum Hotel), preislich war es typisch US-Großstadt (98 $/2 Nächte).
Das zweite Schlafzimmer hatte kein eigenes Fenster (wir haben es nur als Wäschezimmer genutzt), aber es geht für paar Tage.
Ich würde den Hunden (wir hatten leider keinen) im Gehege einen kleinen Baum oder Busch gönnen - isr offensichtlich nur, damit sie mit auf die Terrasse können, aber "gesichert" sind, immerhin.
