Pros:

The location is excellent. Very close to the beach and just a five minute walk. Kanyakumari Sea View from the Hotel is also awesome. Overall its worth the money you pay.

Its ok not very clean as we expect from the similar priced hotel

The Hotel is located at perfect location

Cons:

Hotel needs renovation to have better experience as per the hotel charges. Furnitures ,lift and fixtures are old and not clean

It is good enough for one night stay.
Pros:

Location of the hotel was excellent. Restaurants were within walking distance. There were various shops too which had lots of selections.

Cons:

The rooms were cosy with not enough supplies for bathroom.

Cheap and cheerful
Pros:

We cancelled the breakfast and was promised a refund but never received it. Even after chasing it that never materialised. However the location is superb. You are able to view the Vivekananda Mandiram, The newly built glass bridge and the Tiruvallur statue from the rooms front balconies

Cons:

Staff presentation: The current uniforms look quite outdated. Providing new, well-fitted uniforms would help staff feel more confident and present a more professional image. Building conditions: The rooms and the overall building appear very worn and in need of modernisation . Refurbishment would greatly improve the environment for both staff and visitors. Overall addressing these issues would create a much more welcoming and professional atmosphere.
