Wir waren im Winter da. Frühstücksbereich war morgens sehr kalt. Auch die Zimmertemperatur war eher bei 19 C
Excellent friendly and helpful staff
The Christmas decoration was beautiful and the welcome by Mr Maciej was outstanding. In general the Team was great, but the facilities rather ‘less than 5*’.
Room definitely rather aged and not chique enough to ‘amaze’.
Rarely does a hotel better than the online photo’s but PCM by Puro is just amazing. In my 50 years of travel including loads of corporate high end, I have only experienced a handful top experiences like this. Cannot recommend enough - setting, staff breakfast, a gym for private use. Ein Traumhotel mitten in der historischen Altstadt von Palma de Mallorca. Sehr zentral und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Service der Mitarbeiter ist hochwertig, außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause und angekommen. Das Frühstück ( a la carte ) einfach ein Traum. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und Suiten, exklusiv und einzigartig. Die Suiten sind überdurchschnittlich groß. Wir haben dort Weihnachten und zeitgleich einen Geburtstag gefeiert, alles wurde für uns perfekt organisiert vom Puro Event Management Team ( Tatjana und Meriem ) Ein Kompliment an die Geschäftsleitung dieser Hotel Gruppe, wir haben noch nie erlebt, dass sämtliche Mitarbeiter so hoch qualifiziert, freundlich und zuvorkommend waren, ohne Ausnahme ! Dies ist selten anzutreffen. Wir kommen garantiert wieder !
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Es war zu 100 % perfekt
Wunderschönes Anwesen in sehr zentraler Lage, 5 Minuten Fußweg von der Cathedrale entfernt. Gemütliche kleine Dachterrassen-Bar mit herrlichem Blick auf die beleuchtete Cathedrale am Abend. Außergewöhnlich nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.
Die Lage ist zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Einzigartiges Gebäude mit indivuellen Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Für Gäste mit Rollstuhl oder schlecht zu Fuss ist es kaum möglich, da es keinen Lift hat und nur durch Treppen zu den Zimmern kommt - das wegen den Bauvorschriften.
The Eden is an exceptional, well presented and spacious suite with a private lift to a roof terrace with views to the cathedral.
Location is perfect in old town Palma and the property is a converted palace with tons of character.
I found all the staff to be exceptionally friendly and keen to please. Just booked another visit and cant wait!
