Pros:

Чистая, просторная комната, пешая доступность до моря и хорошего кафе. Бесплатная питьевая вода, не слышно дороги.

Cons:

Вокруг пустыри и заброшки, мусор. До цивилизации пешком около часа.
Самый большой минус для меня - не открывающиеся окна! Есть большое окно, но открыть его нельзя - это абсурд. Приходилось жить с кондиционером.
Ну и убирать приходили в 8:30, что для меня тоже нонсенс - это слишком рано.
