Pros:

The spa was amazing! Comfortable beds and super friendly service.

Cons:

It was 38 degrees so was super hot and the aircon wasn't working in some of the rooms but the staff were amazing and moved us to one that was.

Pros:

Matratze und Kissen waren super bequem. Personal super lieb und hilfsbereit. Saubere Zimmer. In der Nähe von der Stadt. Check in und Check out ohne Probleme. Pool hatte whirlpool Funktionen. Man bekommt ausreichend Handtücher.

Cons:

Viele aus dem Personal sind zwar super liebt, aber durch einige falschen Informationen führte es zu Verwirrung.
Zimmernachbarn waren in der Nacht sehr laut.
Eine Dampfsauna wird als Hamam bezeichnet.
Schließfächer in der Kabine funktionieren nicht richtig.

Un bon séjour
Pros:

Emplacement. Accès facile pour les transports en commun et il y a plein de commerces et restaurants à proximité. La chambre était fonctionnel. Les personnels étaient sympathiques.

Cons:

Nous avons séjourné pour les événements au stade. Comme il y avait beaucoup de demande, c’était plus onéreux que d’habitude.

An unforgettable stay in the heart of Brussels
Pros:

I had the pleasure of spending three nights at Harmon House - Hotel & Spa, and from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything exceeded my expectations.

The first thing that struck me was the hotel's character. The interior design is absolutely beautiful, blending modern elegance with warmth. Every space has been carefully designed, and the artwork displayed throughout the hotel gives it a unique personality. It feels more like a stylish boutique hotel than a standard accommodation.

The location is another major advantage. Situated just a short walk from the vibrant Place Stéphanie area, it's the perfect base for exploring Brussels while enjoying a quieter, more refined neighborhood filled with excellent restaurants and shops.

My room was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, but the highlight for me was the stunning marble bathroom. It added a real touch of luxury and made coming back to the room after a long day even more enjoyable.

The wellness area is another reason to stay here. The pool is perfect for unwinding, and the sauna and hammam provide a wonderfully relaxing experience after a busy day exploring the city or attending meetings.

What truly makes this hotel exceptional, however, is its staff.

Every single member of the team I encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, professional, and eager to help. Their warmth never felt forced—it felt sincere. They were always available with a smile, happy to answer questions or offer assistance, and they created an atmosphere where you immediately feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation.

Excellent facilities, beautiful design, a fantastic location, and some of the best hotel staff I've encountered in a long time.

I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Brussels, whether for business, a city break, or a relaxing spa getaway.
