Pros:

Super emplacement pour visiter Bruxelles. Parking à proximité qui a priori vient d'être refait et sécurisé avec un tarif abordable.
Le lobby et le bar sont magnifiques
La domotique dans la chambre qui amène un coté ludique

Cons:

Isolation quasiment inexistante, nous avons eu le plaisir d'entendre nos voisins de chambre rentrer de soirée éméchés (nous y séjournions un samedi soir) et même une voisine qui à priori à bien terminé la soirée ! (Bruits d'ébats).
Balcon ridicule d'à peine 1 mètre de large, attention d'ailleurs il y a interdiction de fumer sur les balcons ! (surprenant alors de le valoriser en supplément sans réellement y avoir un intérêt (une chaise ne rentre pas).
Odeurs d'égouts dans la salle de bain, dommage !
Nous y séjournions 2 nuits et nous ne souhaitions pas de ménage dans la chambre sur un aussi court séjour, nous l'avions signalé sur notre porte. Malgré cela le ménage a quand même été fait... nous avons vécu ça comme une intrusion dans notre intimité.
Grosse déception, pour profiter de la salle de sport (uniquement ça), vous devez acheter l'accès au SPA à 35€. Ca fait chère la séance de sport !
Le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas !

A mixed bag
Pros:

Hotel bar area and interior was lovely but we didn't use it, staff on reception very nice and helpful. Very good location. Great size room for three people, but sofa bed was small for a third adult, more than enough room for a single bed.

Cons:

We had an issue on our first night. Went to bed at 9pm after being awake for 18 hours due to travelling, the ceiling lights kept turning themselves on and off, flickering or staying on. Eventually I called reception and they sent someone to our room 30 mins later. This happened for over an hour and we were told they were fixing electricity in the area. Finally stopped later in the night about 10.30pm

The following night, I came back in the evening and all the lights were back on in the room (we turned them all off when we went out) so either the lights were still faulty or the cleaner had left them all on. The same evening the bedside panel for the lights was flashing on and off so we had to cover with a pillow. (No light switches, all electronic panel control lights.. very annoying if it doesn't work properly!)

Night three.. no fault of the hotel, spent the late night listening to one of the guests shouting at the top of his voice!!

Pros:

The room was amazing, the spa was brilliant, and the location of the hotel was perfect for what we needed.

Cons:

The gym was an added fee each day. Even if we weren't using the spa, we just wanted to keep fit.
This would have been a reason for us not to go on to the hotel, yet we didn't know this online.

They tried to charge us for an extra spa day even though we booked the treatment and paid for it in advance.

We hebben er een nacht geslapen, het bed was goed maar verder duur voor wat het was
Pros:

Goede bedden, fijne kamer

Cons:

Het interieur, wat natuurlijk persoonlijk is, maar anders was dan op de foto’s, alles was zwart en donker en wij vonden het ongezellig, het oude interieur van het mooi pand was helemaal verdwenen.
Ergens moet een spa zijn geweest maar wij hebben ‘m niet gevonden.
S nachts was er op onze kamer veel geluid (van tikkende buizen?)

Comfortable, high-tech, well equipped, and very well located hotel in Brussels
Pros:

First of all, it’s a very beautiful hotel, welcoming, with a professional and warm staff. On the ground floor, there are comfortable lounges. The rooms are quite spacious and very high-tech. There is a digital wall control for both the air conditioning and different lighting atmospheres. The bathroom is also high-tech and very convenient, with a push-button for the water jets and precisely controlled temperature (hot water is delivered instantly). The welcome is very personalized : I made a specific request for a quiet room due to my tinnitus and hypersensitivity to noise, and they provided a room that met my needs. It is also very well situated : just a stone’s throw from Avenue Louise, with shops all around. I definitely recommend this hotel.

L'accueil, la chambre et l'espace spa.

Cons:

Le coût par personne de la piscine à ajouter quand on arrive. L'installation de sans abris dans l'entrée d'un hôtel voisin (pas sécurisant).
