Not clean , bed is very uncomfortable, rates are to hight due to long weekend they charge me 6k per night and service and property everything is bad and uncomfortable 😣
Breakfast was wonderful and reasonably priced, staff were courteous. Good spread. spacious. Friendly front counter staff and wonderful lady manager. She is very professional in her demeanour. Counter staff listened intently and the request is done immediately. Unfortunately at peak hours, they seem to be harried with multitasking and demanding clients. Higher management please take note, place more staffing during peak hours, no point overworking the poor staff and finger pointing (the staff). Lift was wonderful and functioning well. Great location Smart Bazaar & Sukhadia circle nearby. Feel safe staying here. Rooms need makeup and touch up ASAP. A lot of eateries within walking distance.
Booking.com website unfortunately did not show the type of power output sockets. Unfortunately no reply from both Hotel & Booking.com in spite of repeated requests! Need to improve this communication aspect. Rooms need makeup and touch up ASAP. Unfortunately the name of the Hotel was changed and most auto drivers and Uber drivers had difficulty finding the hotel. Room fridge not functioning but was attended to fast when a complaint was made. Safe box did not have instructions manual. TV programs need improvement

Quick service. I stayed there for 5 days. It was clean and whatever I asked for was given in 5-10 minutes.
My intercom was not working, although they have given a mobile no and it was working. I tried the food for 1 day and it was written that for residents 10 percent discount is there. The bill was made without the discount, I asked for it at checkout time still they dint give me discount. Also I ordered tea from room and chef came to ask for customized tea prep but I was disappointed that it was stale. So except food service, everything was good at the hotel.
