Vazamento do banheiro para cozinha.
Pros:

O apartememto estava em condições precárias com vazemento no banheiro, tentei cancelar a reserva o hoteis.com preferiu acreditar na boa fé do proprietário, o mesmo falou que iria fazer uma manutenção, o ap estava com vazamemto do banheiro caindo na cozinha, foi uma experiência fora do normal o vendendor estava com má fé.

Hospedagem terrível
Pros:

Sem sombra de duvida a minha pior experiência desde que comecei a utilizar o Hoteis.com. Na chegada ao hotel perguntei como poderia pagar a estadia e me falaram que seria pelo aplicativo e no meio da noite bate na porta uma pessoa se dizendo proprietaria da unidade cobrando o valor, de forma evasiva e espartana, um absurdo e ao mesmo tempo constrangimento. Nao aluguei flat e sim um quarto de hotel para passar o fim de semana com minha noiva. O apto estava sujo, banheiro imundo, portas quebradas, paredes sujas de sangue, chuveiro quebrado e sem roupa de cama. A estrutura do hotel é boa mas o quarto é um verdadeiro desatre, o que eu fiquei foi o 510. Nao indico esse hotel e principalmente essa unidade a ninguem. Deixo aqui minha indignacao depois de 5 anos como cliente do hoteis.com em ofertar uma hospedagem como essa.
