Lo mejor fue el desayuno, fue increible, muy rico todo, muchisima variedad. Las instalaciones del lugar son hermosas, la pileta esta buenisima, muy lindo y comodo todo.

Cons:

Lo malo es que si llueve, hay inconvenientes para ir a desayunar o salir, ademas tuvimos la mala suerte de que los dias de lluvia el wifi no anduvo, por lo que no teniamos tele.

Tranquilo e impecable.
Pros:

Hermoso hotel. Tranquilo, nuevo, con acceso a la marina y a club de playa. A minutos del centro de Buzios. Ricos desayunos, excelente piscina, sauna, jacuzzi. Bien atendido.
Recomendable
Descansamos y pasamos una vacaciones inolvidables.

Pros:

O hotel é uma graça. A piscina, linda. Equipe da recepção super atenciosa e educada. O restaurante é uma delícia, o café da manhã super caprichado, com muitas opções para diferentes paladares e atende bem a quem tem restrição a gluten e lactose. A funcionária ED e toda equipe são impecáveis. A cortesia para usar o club Belli Belli é bem útil.

Pros:

El personal muy amable simpáticos atentos y profesionales hablaban español o se esforzaban por entender, la vista al lago, la tranquilidad, la piscina al aire libre y el Jacuzzi, el desayuno era muy rico y variado. Tomarse un trago en el bar de la piscina o llevarlo a una reposera junto a la piscina muy bueno. Buena tele con buena conexión. Tienen club house al lado de la playa muy bueno. Un gimnasio que cumple con sus expectativas. El restaurante con muy rica comida.

Cons:

Nos tocó una araña, un rincón de la habitación le faltaba mantención (pared levantada), pese a que tratan de colocar ventiladores por los bichos igual aparecen mosquitos en el desayuno, le falta hacer convenio con transporte que te movilicen cerca ya que el hotel no queda muy cerca de la playa.

Cama confortável e quarto sempre organizado.

Cons:

Foi oferecido um auxílio para comemorar meu aniversário, porém, no dia, não houve nada de diferente ou especial. O café da manhã deixou a desejar em comparação aos anos anteriores em que me hospedei no hotel. Além disso, a recepção no clube foi péssima, tanto para mim quanto para minha família, o que comprometeu ainda mais a experiência.

Pros:

O hotel é impecável, extremamente limpo e bem conservado, amei.

Cons:

Único ponto negativo é o blecaute do quarto, a persiana não veda a luz completamente e ainda faz muito barulho quando venta. Acho que pra melhorar a experiência dos clientes, deveria ter uma opção melhor pra vedar a luz.

Cons:

A distância das praias é lado centro. E o custo benefício da diária não é bom. Além de ter encontrado duas baratas no banheiro do quarto. O que não combina com um hotel considerado de luxo. Com preço alto da diária.
