Cross Bali Breakers

I loved this hotel. Beautiful, clean rooms. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The buffets and drinks were delicious. Definitely will stay here again when visiting Bali!

The staff at the hotel were warm, charming, and truly beautiful people inside and out. They were genuinely hospitable and always made you feel welcome. The hotel is actually located in Balangan, not Jimbaran as I originally thought, which makes it a bit more tucked away and hidden—a nice surprise if you’re looking for something private and peaceful.

The food selections were delicious, with plenty of variety, and the overall atmosphere was laid-back and relaxing. The vibe was perfect for unwinding. My room was spacious and cozy, though I did feel it was missing a proper closet to store clothes, and the TVs could use an upgrade. The pools stayed cool unless they were in direct sunlight, which was refreshing in the daytime but a little chilly at night. The bathroom had an open design, which some may enjoy, but I personally would have preferred it to be enclosed.

The only downside to my stay was that because my flight was canceled, I lost one night and was told there would be no compensation for the missed day. While that was disappointing, I decided to let it go so I could enjoy the rest of my stay—and I’m glad I did. Overall, the combination of the staff’s hospitality, the hidden location, and the relaxing vibe made this a memorable experience.

Really great property with private villa style rooms and private pools. There’s an outdoor CrossFit style gym and onsite spa.

Clean amazing food

Great breakfast and villas had clean private pools. We didn’t go to any local attractions, but they upgraded us after having trouble with our stay. Would highly recommend for families and couples who want a good experience.

For first timers to Bali this was a great choice for our stay.

The property is located not too far from the airport, traffic is what makes the trip longer however once there everything is great.

Our room had a private pool which was awesome and we also had the option of going to the main pools when we wanted to. The spa was another favourite we enjoyed the couples treatment.

The buffet options provide an alternative to the usual menu which is great for variety. The staff were always friendly and happy to help whenever asked.

Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Frühstücksbuffet sehr zu empfehlen, war bei meiner Buchung inklusive. Die ganze Anlage wunderschön gelegen und zu empfehlen. Jederzeit wieder! Alles top!

The A/C in room was not efficient . Overall our stay was great but the room was hot even with fan. Also transport from hotel itself was a lot more expensive than just ordering a grab.

We had a great stay at Cross Breakers. The resort is beautiful and relaxing, but what really made the experience special was the staff.

Sari was the highlight of our mornings—her smile and positive energy were truly uplifting. Angus brought us our coffee each day and kindly helped us find the spa when we got lost. On our first day, a kind server (wish we got his name!) took the time to explain the local currency, which helped us a lot. And Ninda made sure every request we had was taken care of quickly and smoothly.

Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing people that go out of their way to assist you in a friendly quiet relaxing place to stay with very clean facilities and a quiet place that's easy to get to and from. Loved the daily beach shuttle. Staff were an absolute pleasure and food was great

Notre séjour fût merveilleux avec un staff très accueillant, chaleureux et vraiment de bons conseils.

Zeer mooie accomodatie gelegen in een oase van rust. Zeer mooie ruime villas met veel privacy. Uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt, goed restaurant met aanvaardbare prijzen voor een vijfsterrenhotel. Bovenal zeer vriendelijk en attent personeel. Niets is hen teveel. Zeker aan te bevelen !

The room was beautiful with private pool and the pool areas were beautiful.

The food was great and the service was remarkable.

The most important thing about this place is the friendliness of the staff, they were all so nice and gave us a fantastic holiday. Especially shout out to Rendy who is a truly nice guy.

10/10 would recommend.

Remote. Bad roads. Had to change rooms twice due to blocked shower and toilet. Massage was average. Breakfast okay. Dinner buffets were good. Hotel charges an arm and a leg for arranging transport. Charged AUD100 for some average birthday decorations. Staff were friendly.

Beautiful property! Great staff! Amazing breakfast! A little far away from night life though.
