Close to market, but not a comfortable stay experience.
Pros:

The only positive thing about this property is that it is close to the main market, so walking access to the market is convenient. Apart from that, there was nothing special.

Cons:

The overall stay experience was disappointing.

The hotel is located near the market, but if you are travelling by car, the location is not very convenient. The market area roads are very narrow and crowded. Once we took our car outside the market area, we avoided bringing it back until late night due to the traffic and small roads.

The hotel surroundings were not clean. The room cleanliness was below expectations, especially the bathroom. During our 2-day stay, we did not receive any room cleaning service, and the bedsheets and hygiene could have been much better.

WiFi was available but the speed was extremely slow. Even simple tasks like viewing WhatsApp status were difficult. The TV was provided, but when we tried to use it, it was asking for a recharge.

Mahabaleshwar is famous for its beautiful nature and views, but unfortunately this property does not provide any good outside view. The building is surrounded by other hotel rooms and the nearby lanes were not maintained properly.

Overall, the property needs major improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, WiFi and guest services.

There was nothing in the rooms like tea/coffee set, kettle, bath towel, hand wash in washroom
For everything I had to ask and wait
