Infelizmente, desta vez, não tive uma boa experiência. A limpeza do hotel deixou a desejar. Pela manhã, havia muito barulho, acredito que por parte das camareiras, sendo impossível dormir. A cama não era confortável.

O serviço de café da manhã está de parabéns - Excelente.

Cons:

O nível de ruído do sistema de água e das máquinas, estava no nono andar e o barulho é a noite inteira.
O pessoal não sabe informar como fazer para sintonizar o canal na TV, por exemplo Globo.

A começar pelo check in totalmente ineficiente e demorado, sendo que já havia realizado on line. Ao retornar para o hotel, já tarde, passar pela recepção para comprar água, chegando no quarto toca o telefone com o recepcionista pedindo a chave do meu veículo para manobrar melhor, sendo que o mesmo estava perfeitamente estacionado! Quarto e o mínimo de conforto, camas e mobílias velhas, e a água que é de poço não retira shampoo e sabão de maneira apropriada.

Localização boa, assim como atendimento da equipe e café da manhã. Tem opções de porções para pedir na cozinha do hotel até as 17h. O hotel fornece toalhas de piscina.

Cons:

Estacionamento do outro lado da rua. Piscina sem aquecimento.
