Excellent Stay at Sai Neem Tree Hotel
Pros:

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The amenities were excellent, clean, and well maintained, making my stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.

Clean and neat family stay
Pros:

Clean and neat hotel. Sufficient supply of bottled water, clean towels, clean sheets. Restaurant on mezzanine floor and the staff are considerate.

Cons:

Few crevices in the bathroom have limescales, but everything was clean. Just for this reason, giving a 9.

It was clean. Shuttlers services was available.

Cons:

The front desk staff behaviour was not customer friendly. I know that facility is not pet friendly. But if a customer is requesting to accomodate a small bird in cage, they could courteous to say I cannot keep in room but we can make alternate arrangements. We carry this pet in every trip and we have kept with us in hotel like Taj. When we reached back home the bird died. I completely blame this to the hotel front desk staff.
