Simply put one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful grounds and hotel and the staff goes above and beyond for its guests. Highly recommend for anyone going to Loire Valley. Make sure you either rent a car or ask them to help coordinate taxis in advance of your trip since Ubers are not common
What an incredible property! Daughters and I stayed in two large lovely rooms in the adjacent carriage house. We spent a bit of time at the pool and ate dinner one night at the more casual restaurant, it was a great meal.

Slightly dated rooms but quiet, clean and comfortable. Beautiful surroundings and garden, a really nice retreat. Had high expectations of the food which was decent but fell a touch short of what I might expect from two Michelin stars. Service reasonable and attentive enough from friendly staff.
Excellent accueil, la chambre dans le château était spacieuse et bien décorée. Les vues sur le jardin et le lac étaient magiques. Le service était parfait. Nous avons profité du petit déjeuner en chambre, et des soins du spa : un des meilleurs massages que nous avons eus dans un hôtel. Nous y retournerons.
L'équipe du Domaine des Hauts de Loire est très agréable et au service de ses hôtes. Le domaine est splendide et très bien entretenue. Extrêmement bien situé entre les châteaux de la Loire. La literie est excellente, les restaurants proposent des délices. Si vous souhaitez 2 ou 3 petites améliorations : le sèche-cheveux pourrait être changé (comme dans tous les hôtels du reste), les salles-de-bain rafraichies et le jus d'orange du petit-déjeuner frais pressé du matin. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous vous recommandons vivement. Toute la famille vous remercie.

Week end reposant dans un superbe cadre. L établissement mérite vraiment le détour! Hâte d y retourner aux beaux jours. Services et prestations impeccables. Le bistrot est également parfait avec une cuisine moderne et un service irréprochable. Bravo!
