Pros:

다른 객실 크기가 3인 가족이 지내기에 좁지 않았고 깨끗했다. 후기에 수건이나 휴지가 부족하다고 했지만 사용에 불편이 없었다. 그러나 여름에 이용하면 어떨지 모르겠다. 톈진 다이마루 백화점까지 도보로 갈 수 있고, 캐널시티도 여유있으면 걸어갈 수 있다. 하카타역까지는 이보다는 거리가 있지만 멀지는 않다. 가까운 거리에 편의점이 두 개 있고 카페나 식당이 몇 개있다. 맛있는 디저트 제과점도 있다.
주택가여서 주변이 조용했다.

Cons:

주택가이다보니 상점들이 많지는 않다. 2월에 묵었는데 창가쪽 침대는 조금 추웠다.

Pros:

整體的房間空間設計很滿意，有一個小客廳和廚房，廁所和浴室分開，浴室空間也很大還有浴缸，地理位置很好，一出去很多餐廳和兩間便利商店，還有一間藥妝店價格可以，辦退稅速度也很快，也不用怕店員多刷商品，第一晚從10點多到11點半左右樓上還是有發出較大聲響，跟屋主反應，都會立即給予回應，這點真的不錯，整體清潔真的算乾淨，除了一點小清潔問題外，真的蠻推這間的。

Cons:

剛入住時兒子要躺床即發現有頭髮，也發現床單有點小黑屑，要泡澡時浴缸有流出一點小黑點，到晚上要睡覺時將冷氣風速切小睡到半夜暖氣就變冷了，廁所抽風機有灰塵，有協助清理了一下。

HOTEL Sui HARUYOSHI is easy to find, and the self check-in process is convenient and straightforward. The room design is clean and simple, focusing on practicality. With three bedrooms and six beds, it’s especially suitable for group or family stays — I travelled with my family and found it a perfect fit.

The apartment-style facilities are a big advantage. There’s a washing machine and a balcony for drying clothes, plus a kitchen with cooking tools, which makes the stay comfortable and flexible, especially for longer trips.

Cons:

One thing to note is the Wi-Fi. The connection was quite slow, which may be inconvenient if you need to work online or stream content.

Overall very pleasant property and highly recommend.
Pros:

The property is clean and well maintained. Space is good and comfortable for four but a bit crowded for six. Only one bathroom, that means it took a longer time to queue up for bath. Distance to nearby shopping center and JR stations are within walking distance. Convenient stores, cafe and restaurants are plenty. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy check-in and out.

Cons:

Air conditioners in both bedrooms are not maintained properly as the hinges were creaky.
No free tea bags or coffee sachets are provided but it’s ok as can buy at convenient stores.
