Bliskość dworca, cisza, miły personel. Szybka naprawa usterki która została zgłoszona. Urozmaicone śniadania.
The locatin is nice, breakfast was good, staff so kind and polite.
2 things I need to mention, the sheets were not that clean as I expected, and the breakfast hall is downstairs, if you look for a nice view and breakfast you won't get it here.
The location is super close to the train station and the beach! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and warm

Very good central location - 5 minute walk from the main town leading down to the pier and right across the street from the train station if planning to travel further afield.
Free parking was great as well.
Very good buffet breakfast.
Modern hotel with all you would expect.
No problems at all during our stay and the staff were very helpful with tips for getting around.

Wybrałam pokój wychodzący na ogród, bo wydawało mi się, że będę miała spokój. Niestety, ogród, a w zasadzie pas zieleni jest usytuowany przy dość rychliwej ulicy, o czym hotel nie informuje w swojej prezentacji.
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja , bardzo miła obsługa
Nie było takiej rzeczy
Obiekt położony jest w super lokalizacji. Praktycznie przy Małym Monciaku. Do dworca PKP w lini prostej jest max 150 metrów. Niestety idąc zgodnie z przepisami robi się aż 300 🤣. Personel rewelacyjny, od recepcji po osoby sprzątające i pracowniku restauracji (choć bardziej to stołówka niż restauracja). Jedzenie pyszne. Pierwszego dnia mieliśmy śniadanie dostarczone do pokoju. Przy wymeldowaniu zapytałem skąd taka różnica, że jednego dnia jest śniadania w formie szwedzkiego stołu a innego dostaje się kartkę i wybiera menu. Powód prozaiczny i moim zdaniem bardzo dobry pomysł. Jeśli jest mniejsze obłożenie żeby nie marnować jedzenia przygotowane jest śniadanie pod każdego gościa indywidualnie. Bardzo podoba mi się taka idea. Co do personelu, wszyscy życzliwi i służalcy pomocą. Można wykupić parking w obiekcie cena to tylko 30 zł, ale jeśli są miejsca to można parkować przed hotelem za darmo na parkingu miejskim. Na przeciwko hotelu jest Żabka. Do Monciaka idzie się ok 3 minuty. Przejazd Uberem do Baru Przystań to ok 15 zł. Do tej pory zazwyczaj wybierałem kwatery prywatne przy Monciaku, bo zawsze były tańsze, ale jak doliczy się koszty przygotowania śniadania lub jedzenia w restauracji wyjdzie drożej niż w tym hotelu.
W sumie to nie mam do czego się doczepić. Może jedynie do tego, że podjazd do drzwi jest tylko ze strony prywatnego parkingu. Czyli trzeba walizki wnieść schodami i żeby osoba np poruszająca się na wózku lub z dzieckiem muszą najpierw dostać się na prywatny parking, a dopiero później po podjeździe dostać się do hotelu.
Przemiła obsługa, bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Wygodne łóżko i czyściutko. Świetna lokalizacja. Na pewno przyjedziemy ponownie.
