Amazing stay
Pros:

Rooms are spacious and beautiful - Proximity to city centre including sun plaza station, almost everythjng is walking distance - bike rental just opposite the hotel , staff is very cordial. We reached early morning but couldn’t get early check in but hotel staff helped us in every possible way to help us make use of the day

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée.
Hôtel assez bien situé

Cons:

Un peu froid dans la chambre qui ne propose pas de chauffage. Rue un peu bruyante

Pros:

Good location with food options close by.

Cons:

The only negative for me was that the shower door was missing, making the bathroom floor awash when using the shower.

Lovely stay in Sapa
Pros:

The staff was very kind, the beds were really comfortable and the position was good

Cons:

The only thing I can say is that the room and the whole hotel when we arrived was really cold (however in the room we had the ac)

Pros:

A short stay in Sapa
Pros:

It had everything we needed for our stay. Comfy bed, clean, hot water, helpful staff, WiFi, and AC to warm us up. Thanks for a pleasant stay
