We two sisters had gone with our bed-ridden mother to provide her with a staycation. It was great!
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The housekeeping and restaraunt staff were really good. The reception staff members were very kind and considerate. The pieces of furniture were excellent and the view was what I wanted. The security staff went out of their way to help us transfer Mother from the car to the wheel chair and vice versa.

Cons:

We could not keep the washroom door open as the means to do so was not there.

Pros:

great hotel at good price, we took the backwater view room and it was great. However the carpet at the corridors wasnt clean. The interiors and the reception gave a look of the bygone era. Buffet breakfast was poor, also tge kitchen at the hotel isnt that great, we better ordered through swiggy. Considering the location a little upliftment would be great. It was however a great value for money

Comfortable stay with gorgeous view. The room was comfortable with all necessary amenities. The property had a big parki
Pros:

It was right at the backwaters and had an amazing view of the waterbody and sunset. The super delux room was huge with attached balcony.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast did not have much variety. A few more items on the menu would have been nice.
