Pros:

La vue sur l’océan, la piscine à débordement, le personnel attentionné et bienveillant. La chambre est bien climatisée sans bruit du climatiseur. Le nettoyage de la chambre est impeccable

Le bruit des travaux et dans le mur de la chambre (on croit que ce sont les trappes de ventilation) sont insupportables. Difficile pour le sommeil les bruits de rénovation. Odeur nauséabonde près de la piscine durant un après-midi. Pas d’activité près de l’hôtel mais on peut aller à pied à surf city à 15 minutes à pied

El ruido, la puerta no era aislada y se escuchaba todo afuera. Temprano pasó el personal de servicio con el walkie talkie y se escuchaba todo. En la zona de bar el servicio era lento.

Nice but too expensive for what you get.
Pros:

The restaurant has amazing views of the Pacific Ocean.
It’s on a cliff no no direct access to the beach.
Infinity pool was also beautiful, didn’t get a chance to try it. Rooms are plenty big and accommodating. Good working AC unit

Cons:

Don’t understand why they didn’t keep one elevation from parking lot to lobby. Second lobby placement took over the view of the rooms. Better design would have been placing the rooms right on top of the open pavilion so everyone had a great view.

Too short but will be back one day.
Pros:

The staff was great and the food was amazing.

Cons:

Our jacuzzi tub leaked and it took an hour for someone to call us to fix after we had already cleaned it up. We only got a $75 discount ($25/night) when we only booked this suite b/c of the tub. We paid about $300 more than the standard king room. That was our only complaint other than the fitness equipment needs an upgrade.

The facilities and the staff were excellent and the breakfast were good too.

Cons:

There was one disappointment with the cleaning part of this hotel. The linings and towels are not up to the beautiful facilities. The linings and towels are way over used and appeared dirty and stained. My wife was grossed out and could not used the towels to clean her face with. This was a disappointing part of the experience. If you stay at this hotel, bring your own towels.
