The ocean views, the pool area is beautiful and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

There is no signage that tells you where to check in or how to enter to the lobby by car to check in and drop off luggage. There was noisey construction day and night. Restaurant area was closed for construction. The water was cut off 10pm-6am the first night and again the next morning without notice. Toilets were not flushing. There was no hot water to shower with. The power kept going out and therefore shutting off the AC throughout the night. Then the main elevator went out of order and had to use the service elevator with a smaller person capacity. No beach access which would of been fine if there was no construction and our stay felt reliable. I was sharing a room and they only gave us one key to the room. We also only got one luggage tray in our room for 3 people. The hotel room ocean view was nice but the windows were so dirty.

You pay a lot for the view, not for the comfort of the hotel.
Pros:

The view, the sunset, the pool, the location is great.

Cons:

The price is very expensive, the rooms aren't great, the waiters fight over tips, they're friendly, but you feel like you're being watched.

Not Worth the value, overprized and underwhelming service
Pros:

The food is great, especially breakfast. Service was not very friendly and they seemed overwhlemed with the number of customers.

Cons:

The noise level during the night was terrible, with a party with lord musicada facing the rooms, until 5am. There was no warning about the party, or earplugs provided.

Vue incroyable
Pros:

La vue sur l’océan, la piscine à débordement, le personnel attentionné et bienveillant. La chambre est bien climatisée sans bruit du climatiseur. Le nettoyage de la chambre est impeccable

Cons:

Le bruit des travaux et dans le mur de la chambre (on croit que ce sont les trappes de ventilation) sont insupportables. Difficile pour le sommeil les bruits de rénovation. Odeur nauséabonde près de la piscine durant un après-midi. Pas d’activité près de l’hôtel mais on peut aller à pied à surf city à 15 minutes à pied

Habia un problema con el aire acondicionado, estaba botando agua por la pared saliendo por el piso del baño y el dormitorio, la pijama se mojo, cuando caminaba el agua brotaba del piso.
