Cons:

2 Glasses of Water in the room, but no Water to drink, the minibar was empty, but no issue. Nerves had an Hotel where there was no Water complimentary.

Cons:

The booking experience and all the confusing emails were very annoying. Considering there was no human contact we can’t understand why the machines in service are so complex 🙄
