Pros:

Zentrale Lage sowie das Parken direkt vor dem Gebäude war perfekt.

Cons:

Die Luft war ein wenig Stickig (Flur zu den Zimmern)

Dauerhaft keine Heizung und warmes Wasser!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr bemüht eine Lösung zu finden, aber leider wurde ich den gesamten Aufenthalt über vertröstet. Ich habe täglich frische Handtücher erhalten.

Cons:

Ich wurde erst bei der Ankunft darüber informiert, dass die Heizungsanlage seit Tagen ausgefallen war. Es gab also keine Heizung, sowie kein warmes Wasser. Ich wurde vertröstet, dass „kurzfristig“ Handwerker zur Reparatur erscheinen würden. Diese Aussage wurde mehrfach am Freitag, sowie am Samstag getätigt. Die Heizung/Warmwasser funktionierten meinen gesamten Aufenthalt von Fr-So nicht ein einziges Mal. Meine Anfrage auf Rückerstattung wurde verweigert mit der Aussage, dass es „sofort wieder gehen“ soll.
Ich hatte leider im Voraus bezahlt, sonst hätte ich die Zahlung verweigert. Nun jedoch stellt sich das Hotel taub und beantwortet keine meiner Anfragen und auch keine Anfragen von Booking selbst!
Ich rate dringend davon ab hier zu buchen!

Sehr leicht zu finden.
Pros:

Lage top.
Freundliches Personal
Schnelle Bearbeitung und auch der Rest gut.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist nicht mehr ganz so Zeitgemäß,
Aber für meine Zwecke völlig ausreichend.

Not good, uncomfortable and incorrectly charged.
Pros:

Breakfast was compensation for screwing up the booking and only having one room instead of the two that we booked. They were friendly and apologetic but didn't fix the booking charges.

Cons:

We booked two rooms for 4 people. They then mistakenly overbooked and only had one of the two rooms for us on arrival. We arrived as booked between 9-10pm so we had no choice but to stay there. Our two teenage young adults had to sleep one on a small couch with a sheet and the other on an improvised mattress on the floor with a sheet. Bad! We were charged TWO rooms although they said they would reduce the booking cost. They didn't.

Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen, wenn wir auf der Durchreise sind!
Pros:

Unheimlich freundliche Mitarbeiter, alles war sehr sauber und das Bett war wahnsinnig bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Unsere Erwartungen wurden in jeglicher Hinsicht übertroffen.

Ich habe ein Zimmer zum übernachten gebraucht dafür war das in Ordnung. Konnte gut schlafen und es war wichtig.
Pros:

Es gab kostenlose Parkplätze. Zimmer war ruhig, obwohl in der Nähe vom Bahnhof gelegen
