Did not like anything about the hotel

Very nice people. Amazing hotel. Beautiful view.

The property is not what is advertised. Scam to make foreigner fool. Corroded mirror. Stained bed sheets. No hot water in sink, sink knob corroded and missing. Terrible to spend one night.
Staffs very cooperative.

First this hotel is not JP Palace is JET FOX as you can see in the picture. Very filthy sheets, pillow as you can see pillow picture. When I asked them to change pillow cover and sheets they brought wet sheets. Rugs were dirty. Bath room was not clean.
Just: Never stay in this hotel my advice take it or leave it.

Wrong advertizing, misleading photos, horrible service, never book there

First of all the address on the reservation didn’t exist. Also when my uber driver called the hotel, they gave him directions to a very scary plain a dark alley with a different hotel name. They advertised as a 4 star hotel and it wasn’t even 1 star. I was really disappointed. I didn’t check in and left the hotel and found another hotel.

Nothing can be liked. Location is okay.

One of the worst hotel experiences during my stay in India. Firstly, the reception was rude and coughed twice on me. Their card machine did not work or accept international cards. The building is tired and not well secure. It is not a four star/ upmarket hotel. At night it was very noisy (I suspected that there was some kind of party/ gathering of the people that worked there). Location is convenient. There was not a window in my overlooking the city. No water offered. Cardboard covering one of the windows and a broken toilet seat. Photos of the hotel are misleading.

The staff service was terrible. The person who received the call from me was not at all professional. I was not able to stay there because of before reaching there I just want to confirm the location as the location mentioned in the website was not too accurate and it was morning 4.30 AM. I called them to check the address as well as to know whether they have any airport pick-up facility available. The person picked the call from me disconnect the call after few seconds of talk and then intentionally did not pick the call afterwards. I tried calling them 100 times without any answer.

I booked the hotel through expedia and just to get the hotel immediately (as my fligt got canceled and rescheduled) I booked for 2 days and due to the pathetic staff response over the call, I decided not to stay there and arranged another hotel by myself.

Even if I have not stayed there due to their poor customer service, when I asked for refund through expedia they are not providing refund saying they don't have cancelation policy. This is so pathetic service...

I was given this hotel at the last minute because my previous reserved hotel did not exist. I did not had the choice because it was late night. I do not Expedia has good hotel back ground check done in india. This is a terrible experience. At lease once I found out that the hotel did not exist Expedia could have given me a better hotel and could have asked me more money. The hotel that was given to me was not a good one for a family.

I reached late night but staff was helpful/ supportive. They helped us to feel at home. Room was clean and tidy. Toiletries were available in Washroom. Neat to airport. It was very good one night stay there

The rooms are beautiful like in pictures. Very economical. Restaurant is also economical and food tastes good. Staff was polite and friendly to me. And what else...... Yes! Location of hotel is in good area. Means Airport is available near by and in the hotel shoaib travel counter cab services are available any time 24 hours.

I arrived at the airport at 10:45pm and got out around 12 am. It took 2 hours to search for the hotel which I booked (J P palace) but we never find them. We finally decided to check in another hotel as we have 2 kids. My phone was not working, so soon I connected to the Wi-Fi in our new hotel I received a messaged from a guy sending the location and mobile number. I checked the location and it guided me to the hotel name’s Ashoke palace hotel instead. I’m not sure whether the hotel JP palace ever existed or they are full but I didn’t get a chance to stay. I wast my money. It’s said book now and pay later but soon I provide my credit card information, the amount had been deducted immediately. However, the next day I responded to a guy messaged and let him know that the taxi and I didn’t find the hotel following the address in Expedia than he told me because the taxi guy doesn’t get commission that is why he didn’t take us the the right place.
I had requested to move our reservation to the next day but he refused and blamed me why don’t I called him when my phone was not working. PS, I bought a data from the airport but it will activate the next day so I didn’t see his messaged. However, I will never book the same hotel again when I spend 2 hours searching but never find them.

Almost everything. Very neat and clean hotel. Washroom is dam clear. Hotel room seems to be very secured. Staffs are very gentle. Location is also very popular, near to IGI Airport .food is also tasty.

The cleaning was very well done. The shower was very hot which was nice. I am very grateful that the employees took care of my troubles in Delhi. They treated me with sincerity and a smile, which was very helpful for me in a foreign land.

The staff are very helpful, specially Mr.Gumin ,whatever you ask him he will answer,he arrange everything for me,even out out of new delhi like in jaipur and agra.i had my flight in the evening, he allow me to refresh and take a shower in an empty room,which was great after such typing day.
