Oceana Resort Phuket

最欣賞房間有3張特大雙人床，啱晒我地3個人。另外由酒店步行至沙灘只需數分鐘，樓下仲有bigC超市十分方便。

Arrived at hotel. Easy check in. Went to room and room is good. It was all downhill from there.

Pool was not clean and water was light green. We were told we could use pool at another resort but would need to walk there.

At night the room was extremely noisey from road traffic.

The bathroom has one set of windows and one set of louvered shutters. You cannot leave the bathroom door open because the shutters allow the hot air and the noise into the room. It is impossible to aircon the bathroom.

The floor in the shower is not slanted towards the drain so when you are done using the shower there is alot of standing water and the water runs out of the shower base into the bathroom.

The tv did not work and required someone to come up and reset the cable box.

We were moved to another room at 1am when we couldnt sleep from the noise. The new room was hot and took time to cool down.

We were suppose to stay for 2 days and possibly extend for an additional 3. We left after the first day and didnt get a refund for the second day because our reservation was "non-refundable".

We went to the Kamala Restotel and stayed there for 4 days and it total blows this place away for the same price.

Please note that this was not an issue with the staff. Overall the staff was great. It all falls on the facility and location.

Et nyt hotel, som ligger i forbindelse med 3 store udlejningsdomme eller ejerboliger på 8-9 etager. Der bor fortrinsvis russere.
Ejere og lejere af disse er fælles med gæsterne på hotellet om poolområdet mv. også den eneste elevator der er på stedet.
Ingen siddemøbler på balkonen ...overhovedet. På værelset er der kun en stol og en skammel...dvs du har kun sengen at sidde i.
Der er ingen AC på gangene. Og ingen gelænder midtvejs på trapperne, så det er lidt svært at færdes der.
Morgenmaden så som så .....rengøringen ligeså. Mad og drikkevare er rimeligt dyre...men der ligger et Family Mart nederst i bygningen.
Der er meget trafikstøj idet hotellet lige på hjørnet af Main Road og vejen mod stranden.
Personalet er søde og venlige, som thaier er...udsigten fra hotellet er bestemt IKKE noget at råbe hurra for....den travle vej, et andet hotel og nogle bygninger der er ved at falde sammen....og en sandparkeringsplads.
Vi mener, at hotellet højst kan score 3 stjerner.

スタッフは皆さん親切でフレンドリーでした。

Clean and staff good the power was off 5 hours on the second day and 4 hours on the third this is unexceptable for 5 star hotel would like some refund for inconvenience.

酒店有免費車接送去沙難，附近有大型超市，很方便。

Super dejligt hotel.
Vi blev positivt overrasket, da vi fik vores værelse, det var bedre end billederne fra Hotels.com..
Rene værelser, lyst og lækkert.

Underbart hotell! Men man märker att det inte är helt färdigt! T ex såg man att en del rum inte var klara och de höll fortfarande på att bygga en del. Men underbar pool och med lite fler solstolar så kommer det bli super! Jättefin utsikt och personalen i receptionen är helt underbara och superproffs
Hade önskat dock att man kunde gå ut på balkongen samt att det fanns möbler men antagligen var det inte färdigt..
Enda minuset är nog restaurangen, de har en del att jobba på. Vi åt lunch där 2 dagar i rad, personalen är lite ofokuserad och står gärna med mobilerna, maten Tar lång tid (beställde varsin tuna sandwich och väntade ca 50 min, inga andra förutom jag och min sambo i hela restaurangen, ca 3-4 kockar och 3 i servisen, så orimligt lång tid!),samt har man öppet kök så måste man hålla standard, inte stå och peta näsan samt nysa i maten - vet att Thailand kommit längre än så!

The positives were the size and quality of the room it was large and modern the pool was lovely and bigger than I expected
There was plenty of towels and even pool/lbeach towels provided
There was a decent size fridge in the room.
The location was good except for the traffic noise.
The downsides sadly were plentiful
The noise from the street traffic was difficult to sleep through
The bedside tables slanted downwards towards floor so you couldnt place anything on them
There was not enough sunbeds
The biggest issue was the staff although warm and friendly could not handle questions about anything you asked with the exception of 1 member who seemed very competant.
Many staff could not speak of understand English which was difficult and frustrating.
There was no bar and room service closed early so you couldnt place an order.
Things felt disorganised and the staff not adequatly trained for the job. Id like to reiterate they were warm and friendly.
I think most of the issues that are not good could be resolved with some work.
I am an Travvel Industry professional and I wish to see the hotel do well and thrive.

Rigtig fint hotel med god renlighed.
Dog var der ingen havemøbler på balkonen, så den blev ikke brugt til meget.
Poolbaren var ikke åben/ikke eksisterende.
Kun 5 solstole ved poolen.

Hôtel neuf et propre, personnel sympathique, chambre correcte, mais installée dans une chambre au bord de la rue sans balcon, petit déjeuner moche, belle piscine mais pas de transats ... seulement 6 dans cet hôtel. déprimant!

Nice staff! Great hotel, nice rooftop pool.. Excellent breakfast.. Nice room with only one problem.. The noise, bad insonorisation... (for information its really hard to get to patong(phuket) without paying every time 20€ to go and back with tuck tuck or taxi cause the hotel is in kamala..)

Estuvimos familia con 2 hijos de 17 y 11 años. En la habitación cabíamos perfectamente. Se agradece tener habitaciones para familias con hijos mayores. Parking cómodo para el coche que nos fue muy bien para desplazamientos.
Vistas bien aunque no se ve el mar.

Vi var 2 voksen og 2 børn. I Vores værelse var der to 1,5 mands seng. Børnene var nødt til at sove sammen med os, hvilke gjorde at vi ikke kunne sove ordenligt.
På de senge var der to dyner og 2 sove puder. Det skal siges at vi havde booket værelse til 4 personer. Børnenes alder var tastet ind.
Der var kun håndklæde til 2 personer.
Morgenmaden var virkelig dårligt.
Hotellet ligger ud på et trafikeret vej, hvilket gjorde at der var masser af larm.
Poolen er slet ik beregnet til børn, min datter på 4 gled flere gang. Vandet var kold.
Meget få solsengen.
Ingen poolbar.

Selvom vi havde betalt for hotellet, skulle vi giv 1000 bath ved check in, dette fik vi dig tilbage.
Dog skal det siges at personalet var virkelige søde. Men det er de fleste mennesker fra Thailand.
Jeg vil slet ik anbefale denne hotel.

El hotel es nuevo y en general bonito y la habitación era amplia, pero le faltaba mobiliario. Sólo había una silla y un puf para sentarse en todo el cuarto y en el balcón terraza no había absolutamente nada: ni mesa ni sillas, lo que lo convertía en un espacio totalmente desaprovechado.
El día del Check out nos quisieron cobrar un cover de edredón que supuestamente habíamos manchado con algo que parecía tinta roja: cuando les dijimos que nuestros edredones estaban en las camas que aún no habían venido a hacer, alegaron que el edredón manchado era del día anterior...finalmente el gerente intervino y no nos cobraron nada. Insólito, jamás visto.
Demás está de decir que no pensamos regresar, una lástima.

Hotel faces a very noisy road and dont be deceived by the photos. B/F was not just terrible but was not topped up. Staff didnt even top up coffee, bread, dishes and reply was “finished”. Even the Manager was irresponsible and all he gave was stares. I have written to the GM who till now has not met or spoken or even replied to me. Try to avoid this hotel if possible

The staff were friendly and quick to respond to our request to change the room due to some foul smelling from the toilet sewage.
The hotel is walking distance (abt 10mins) to the nearby Kamala Beach and a row of local seafood restaurants. The hotel is infront of the road junction and you can be disturbed by the traffic sound. The breakfast is simple, good enough for light eaters. The pool and the gym are great.

Nice facility, the staff were very accommodating and the beds were VERY comfy!
